I have done alterations and dry cleaning here and the are very polite and do a good job.

Worst quality . I left my jacket and when I got it back dirt and stains remained .

They have been ironing our shirts to perfection for more than a year.

Highly recommend this place. As it was a long weekend and others shops were not ready to dryclean my suit, but Javed took my suit and delivered the next day all ready. I really appreciate his customer service and the price he charged was genuine. I am really happy with the service , i would recommend this place.

terrible service, left 9 outdoor cushions for cleaning after trying myself to clean, 5 days later arrive to pick up only to find they never bothered to do anything with them. They told me they seemed okay/clean and that I could try to use shout" now to get out the stains. I expressed my frustration with them and they then said that I could leave them again for cleaning

I have taken a number of items for alterations here, mostly hemming, size alterations, zipper replacements. I have always been happy with the result. I can recommend him.

I wanted to support local & dropped off my sister-in-law’s and my winter coats to be dry cleaned at Courtesy Cleaners (as well as get some of my clothes repaired). One of the dry cleaned coats came back looking as though it had not been cleaned at all & with strange solidified marks on it, so I returned it to Nazim to be redone. On collection, he tried to charge me twice for the dry cleaned coat and then accused me of not ever paying for both coats at all. My sister-in-law was my witness to my payment for both the coats when I collected them (as I paid on her behalf). I had to show Nazim my bank record in a frantic effort to show my proof of payment - however he proceeded with his interaction to make me responsible for his lack of record taking for a service I had paid for - he could not find his receipt for my payment - I was so upset by this and the manner in which I was treated, especially as this took place in a public place. Nazim also said he would have the clothes I dropped off to be mended completed by a certain date on 2 separate occasions. On arrival to collect the clothes - later than planned - giving him more than sufficient time, the clothes were still not ready. I sadly will not be supporting this business again & do not feel confident recommending anyone to a business that treats their customers in this upsetting way.
