Where do I even begin. I came to Parvinder because I was so depleted, lost and needed healing. I wasn't even sure what I needed; I just knew that my soul needed love, healing and support. She and Hummingly have both changed my life. She nourished my soul, changed the way that I see myself, helped me heal trauma, helped me align myself and lead from a heart centered place. She held space for me to heal myself, without judgment, only love and support. I am a different person today than I was when I first started working with Parvinder 3 months ago. As a Cancer Patient that was suffering a lot from many side effects, I was so thank fun to have been introduced to 3 Realms wellness. Parvinder was amazingly attentive and helped me deal with aches and pains in my bones / joints as well as providing some mediation and relaxation techniques. From not being able to walk due to pain in my feet and knees...I am now going for a one hour walk everyday....I wasn't able to sleep due to anxiety ...but now have restful sleeps ....AND loving it!Thank you so much Parvinder!

Relaxing experience but also does not take credit card and was not clear on that so had to pay by e-transfer. I also had less time as I agreed to come earlier but couldn’t get out there because of traffic but thought I would just still have the 1 hour so was a little disappointed about that.
