Great store for kids. They really have everything you can think of. The only reason I am not giving 5 starts is because sometimes is hard to find someone to ask a questions in the aisles.

The store is open concept very clean and tidy and beautifully merchandised. I was welcomed by staff when I arrived and had no trouble finding what I was shopping for. My experience at the checkout was very pleasant. I highly recommend shopping at Toys R Us Sarnia.

Got our first car seat here and purchased the Graco 4ever 4 in 1 seat for the price of $500 and as soon as it went on sale we were able to go in and get the difference back. Great store.

I needed to purchase a car booster seat for my grandson. I requested to speak to a product knowledge employee for this line of products. The employee was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I never felt rushed but instead left feeling seen and heard and gained great knowledge, awareness and confidence in the car booster seat I purchased.

Very disappointed. Checked online prior to driving to store for crib mattress. Even though website showed in-store available upon arriving the only crib mattress they actually had in store was 3x of the price needed. Staff was not helpful or knowledgeable.
