Todd did an amazing job. We had significant water damage in two of our bathrooms and our kitchen. He renovated both bathrooms and installed a new sink and counter tops in our kitchen. He is very honest and fair when it comes to the work that needs to be done and the pricing. He answered phone calls and got back to us right away. I would recommend him over and over again.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Todd, Mark and all of the team of Sage Ventures. They are a group of true professionals whose work ethic and attention to detail resulted in the kitchen reno of our dreams. Todd and Mark were always quick to answer questions in person and when communicating through the co construct app. The schedule and products were itemized and the costs were always completely transparent. The team arrived on time, were courteous and cleaned up well at the end of each work day. Our friends and neighbors are now suffering from kitchen envy and we are not a bit sorry.

I have nothing but the best things to say about Todd and his team. This was our first renovation experience and too be honest, I was dreading it. Doing major renovations with two young kids at home was not idea, but all team members of Sage Ventures was beyond helpful. We were initially given a 6 week timeline and we were nearly two weeks ahead of schedule. Each and every day they were very clear with their communication with what time they will be there/what was being done and what was up next. It made the entire process seamless and stress free! I will absolutely be recommending Sage to all friends and family!!

Before we started our project, we met with 8 reputable contractors and decided to work with Todd as he was genuine, professional, extremely knowledgeable and just a down right good guy as were his crews. They were there every step of the way as our renovation turned into virtually a new build and were very accommodating as our needs changed throughout the project. The quality of work and attention to detail was second to none, everything we hoped for and the final look was more than we had even expected. We we always knew what to expect next, all of the normal questions that arise as work progresses were handled professionally and with open clear communictions.
