Mike and the team at Speedy Glass Thunder Bay on Memorial Ave are AMAZING…. We are in the middle of relocating across Canada with two small children and our mini van drivers side window wouldn’t roll up at 2am 2 hours away from Thunder Bay. I took them my mini van first thing in the morning and Mike and his team figured out it was my window regulator that actually broke. They fixed my window within an hour and got us on our way. Great/quick service, very knowledgeable staff.Would definitely refer this location to anyone needing assistance. This location went above and beyond for us in our time of need.

One of the best places to go for all your glass needs.I went today to get a quote for work on my windshield, The customer service representative -' Zack white' was quick to address my needs and clear any doubts I had.Their work is extremely professional, fast and really affordable.

Went to speedy glass to get a new windshield for my truck. The service was great, quick and they had a new windshield installed in my vehicle the same day. I delt with Mike who was excellent at bringing me up to speed with the different types of glass for my vehicle. I highly recommend speedy glass to anyone looking for a new windshield or stone chip repairs.

Excellent customer service from the minute I called until the windshield was replaced. Zack kept me informed along the way and was super pleasant to deal with. Other companies didn't even answer the phone. Would highly recommend for windshield replacement.

Had my car booked for 10am. I said I NEEDED it back for 2 pm. Guy at the desk said it won't take long as it was just a chip. @1:30 I get a phone call about my air filter... I was astonished they were just getting to it. So I flew over there with them KNOWING I needed it for 2. I got there @ 1:55pm and had to wait for the guy to stop talking to some other random guy for 20 minutes to get my car (so I had to leave late at 2:15) and yes. I needed to be in Kakabeka Falls at 2:30 to pick up my kids from school. But the guy talking to his friend was definitely more important.Don't expect for them to have you in for YOUR appointment (remember... Mine was supposed to be in at 10am)

The team at speedy glass did such an exceptional job installing my windshield that they decided to reinstall it a second time after ensuring me that it was my sun roof leaking and then upon my own inspection I noticed 1/16” gap at the top of the windshield

We had our windshield replaced somewhere else before starting to drive back to our home in BC. Some issues with the install showed up the next day when we were close to passing through Thunder Bay. Speedy took us in right away and got us back on the road very quickly. They were pleasant and professional and their work has held up much better than the other guys.

Upon coming to the city my truck had gotten a stone chip so I called up speedy glass and they were willing to look at it right away. I booked an appointment that was convenient for me and they fixed it right up no issues. They even saved me the cost by letting me know my insurance may cover the cost (which I had no idea they did that) thanks speedy!

My driver side window shattered a couple of hours outside of Thunder Bay. Unfortunately Speedy didn't have my window in stock, but they vacuumed up the glass and covered the window with plastic so I would be able to continue on. They were very friendly and helpful, and the work was done well and quickly. I would not hesitate to go back in the future if I needed glass work done.

This Speedy Glass was truly an amazing experience. I am new to the city and my vehicle was vandalized. They were so supportive and kind and enduring. My vehicle was worked on immediately. I would only ever attend this Speedy Glass. Highly recommended to all. I am so thankful for their kindness and the extra mile they took to ensure this bad experience was resolved.Five stars definitely!!!
