If I could give zero stars I would. Head office customer service is a complete joke! They do not care about the customer. Ryan from customer service should find a new job because he doesn't know how to deal with people. I am absolutely disgusted, mistake made by their employees and the customer pays the price!! Not good at all. Not shopping there again!

Good urban kids but very limited options. Staff is ok, not very helpful. I would recommend urban planet, or urban behaviour instead.
