Global Electronics Cell Phone and Macbook Repairs

I took a laptop to get fixed and two days later I was told parts were needed and it will be ready to go in two week-easy fix. 4 weeks later and nothing. I called to check and was literally told “what’s wrong with it? Let me check and I call you back” - I get a call and this time he said “it can’t be fixed”. Obviously they never even tried. Horrible service - I wish I could give this place ZERO stars.

It’s a great electronics repair shop! They are so awesome and kind they got my phone which is my personal and business lifeline fixed within one day at a reasonable cost. My phone is just like brand new. they were so professional !

Terrible workmanship. Awful time lines don't waste your time or money on these crooks. 1 star is 10 fold what they deserve. Any workmanship or product warranty they mention is scam. You'd have better luck getting your dog to do any work

Brought my Samsung in about a month ago to get my camera fixed. I paid in advance and thought their pricing was fair. Anyway, they called me end of the day before I came in to pick up my cell, letting me know that something happened when they were trying to turn on my phone to check if my camera is working once they replaced it. My phone simply just wouldn't turn back on and in the end they had to replace my motherboard.Anyway, Eddie, the tech did all that work and basically refunded me my money and was apologetic that this happened. I do understand things can happen, and I was just amazed how they dealt with it. And ps: I did not complain or was threatening, or anything I literally just took the news and hoped for the best! Lol... I've got my phone back, fully functioning.Anyways, I am completely blown away with their customer service! Will Def recommend them and continue to use them in the future!

Mike was awesome. Fixed my iPad screen and got me a new case to avoid another break. He's been there since the 90s. Love to support local small Biz!

Very professional and they know what they're doing. Took my Samsung S8 in with a shattered screen. They replaced the screen in an hour for a fair price. Got it home and realized the screen was light and the blacks looked grey. Seemed to be an issue with the screen. Took it back the next day and they put a new screen on with no charge. Same professional great work. Backed there hardware and clearly are good at what they do.Will definitely go back if I end up breaking another screen.Another great experience. iPhone 8’s battery decided to go on the fritz. Took it to them and they replaced the battery in a hour. Phone works great and don’t have to buy a new phone.Will definitely go back if I have any problems with my devices.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Don’t use them for screen replacement unless you want to keep going back and paying.They replaced my iPhone screen. Awesome. A few months later it’s lifting and disconnecting at the corner. I take it back. They refuse to warranty and tell me I have to pay full price to replace. I was unhappy with this but I I replaced it again anyhow. Now a few months later the entire screen is disconnected hanging off my iPhone and they “don’t have a record of my repair” even though I am providing documentation showing on my end. Refusing to warranty the screen AGAIN all within a year!

Took my phone here after being told it was unfixable. They had it fixed and back to me within 2 days! Would recommend to anyone with a broken device.

They do a great job and super fast. Been here multiple times and will keep coming back
