We bought multiple major appliances at this CAS location. Appliance shopping can be dizzying because they all look the same. Having a honest person who knows appliances to help is a huge benefit - this is something other big box stores may not offer. Adam Abiuso navigated us through this purchasing process. We had an excellent experience dealing with Anna when we needed a new washer/dryer. She showed us various models and prices and ended up getting the same model her parents had. She gave us helpful info and we love our new LG stacked set. The delivery was great and they removed our old appliances and took them away.

If I could leave a zero star, I would! Absolutely terrible experience and I will NEVER buy from them again.In March we ordered 4 Jenn Aire appliances for our home to be delivered mid July after the completion of our renovations, fridge, stove, dishwasher and range hood. The sales rep, who conveniently is no longer with the company, ordered the wrong range hood, he ordered a recirculating hood when we wanted direct vent.Because CAS could not guarantee that they would have stock available for our requested delivery date and there was only one range hood in stock, we picked it up and it has been sitting in our living room ever since. When we picked it up we were repeatedly told to inspect for damage which meant opening the box which we did. Nothing scratched or dented but the electrical box was dirty. We sealed it up and gave our contractor the specs. Last week he alerted us that this was a recirculating model as we would not have know one serial number from the other. I immediately called the store and was totally blown off, not their problem, I had to go online and file a request for the exchange. So I did that...it has been a nightmare! Because we opened the box, (at their instruction!!!!) I am considered to have messed with the product so I had to send pictures of all sides of the box. Now they want a picture of the serial number on the rangehood which I can't even locate and will be accused of removing items from the box! I spent over $15,000 with them, their sales rep messed up the order and I see online that they have refused the exchange!!!!Unbelievable, I will be sharing this story with anyone I know buying appliances. DO NOT SHOP AT CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE

Went in for a dryer. Paid cash and was able to pick up the next day. Salesman was super helpful and didn't try and upset. He knows he has a repeat customer for sure!

Overall, the interaction with the staff at CAS was a pleasure. They were very informative online while we were making the decision to purchase appliances, worked with us to get them ordered and then helped us negotiate a discounted price. Months later, delivery was flawless. The delivery staff were very friendly and handled everything with care. Will deal with CAS again for sure.

I owe a big thanks to the sales rep Adam A. I was having trouble finding a fridge that met the specific dimensions I needed and was available to be delivered right away (the one I was hoping to get went out of stock). Adam took time with me over the phone after initially chatting through the website and was able to find a model that fit the bill and got me a very good price for it too, and it was delivered the next morning. It was one I hadn’t seen in any of my searches online or in any stores I had visited so I wouldn’t have found it without his help. He knew the products very well and was able to answer all my questions, and was friendly, patient, and professional. I’d definitely recommend dealing with Adam when looking for an appliance.

Well. First time last time. I have the money but the fellow working there at 3:30 pm June 15 2023 was more interested in looking at his computer. We were in store 20 min and noting from him. The fellow looked at us more who was sweeping the floors . He said nothing and kept on sweeping away. We were almost to the door to leave after looking at a high end fridge , he got up and said “can I help you ?”Really after you are finished with your computer date?If this is the service one gets with just going in to purchase . I can’t imagine any issuesAs I said “enjoy your computer” when we leftThx tho, really beautiful item we purchased else where

Bought a washer/dryer set. The customer service was excellent and delivery was fast. Everyone was very easy to deal with and I got an excellent price on the set. Highly recommend.
