Rapid Wash Car Wash South

Dishonest company. Website promotes first month of unlimited plan is only $5. Manager refuses to honor or speak with customers directly, just tells his staff to tell customers the website is wrong. Shady business practice, they know once people are in the car wash line there’s no way to get out of it.

I recently visited this location for a complimentary car wash, the staff on duty that particular evening was kind and the number of vacuums available at this location is a bonus. I enjoy going through the wash tunnel because of the awesome colors of the light display. There's one thing that's a bummer, I have all weather floor mats in my vehicle, I don't think I can use the free floor mat cleaner machine because of the design of my all weather floor mats, my mats are not bulky, I think all weather floor mats are not intended to go through the mat cleaner machine. It's not going to deter me from getting my vehicle washed at Rapid Wash South. I love the accessibility of the location as it's not far from where I live. Thank you Rapid Wash Car Wash South.

Scratched my pickup, unfortunately your excuse does not hold true in this case just had the pickup detailed and ceramic coated I had done a full inspection it did not have the micro scratches prior to using your car wash. Nice try though. OMG... Now the owner through email is trying to blame me like I don't know what is going on. Sorry mister we have 2 classic show cars I care for and understand micro swirls ant touching the paint... This is not that . Please keep trying to be unhelpful and I will continue on here...

Doesn't clean your car. Nothing else to say. Tried twice

Worst car wash ever. Top scrub not working. Too fast run through, fans didn't dry my car.Spent $15 and my car is not only as dirty as before, now it has water stains as well.You American carwashes should invest more in providing a quality wash rather than useless colored lights and foams.

AVOID THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST!Please maintain your equipment. When brushes don't even function, there's a problem. If we're getting half of a wash, we should pay half the price. Finding a new wash. Nothing but excuses by the staff, same brushes were broke 2 weeks ago. Lost my family's business permanently. They didn't even offer to make it right. Pathetic.

Went here 6/20/22 and purchased the platinum car wash with the extra $2 bug prep. Came out of the car wash to still have bugs all over my car and soap still. Didn’t look like it cleaned my car at all. Vacuums were okay. Definitely wouldn’t spend the money

Signed up for a membership. Got excellent service from a young employee, who was extremely helpful. My filthy truck came out spotless! I am very pleased!

Wash was the usual 6/10 on our 2019 Silverado however the dry was maybe a 1/10. Had to manually dry entire truck after exiting wash to prevent massive water spots.
