Ten Stars!!! The first thing that struck me was how friendly everyone was- not just the instructors but the other members. People actually called me by my name. Secondly, the classes are FUN! If you like to dance, this is the place to go. Along with the great atmosphere and fun classes, the trainers are exceptional, down to earth and welcoming to everyone.

Such a great company! The instructors are really amazing at what they do and try to get to know you. The music they use is also really great, which helps to make the workout go by fast. I also like that they seem to promote self confidence and a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Clean and spacious studio with lots of parking near it make it very easy to go to class. They offer pound, zumba, STRONG, and all levels of pole class. Prices are very reasonable for an independent studio, but perhaps the best part are the incredibly helpful and fun teachers thay work there. The teachers make every class a blast and they wring every ounce of sweat out of you!

Robyn and staff are A-mazing! Couldn't find nor ask for a better group of fitness instructors and fanatics than Bliss Be Fit! I'm very proud to call them my Pole Sisters!

As close to a monastery as Grande Prairie has to offer. They couldn't be more friendly and accepting here if they shaved their heads and put on orange robes. You won't get religious vows but you will learn a few super awesome kicks and some sick new dance moves. You might even find inner balance, happiness, health and a friend in the process. Legend has it they also teach lap and pole dancing classes here! If that is not worth 5 stars, then I don't know what is.

Fantastic studio to learn pole. The instructors are amazing, and the classes are so fun. Absolutely recommend this place if you are interested in pole and are looking to get some exercise while hanging out with some awesome women!!!

Im quite disappointed in the fact that they book up the pole dancing classes so that members have to share poles. Makes me not want to go to the classes anymore, incredibly demotivating. You shouldn't be booking passed the number of poles you have available.
