Well I don't even want to give 1 star. They never called us back. We were looking for a basic natural gas conversion. And we called in July, nothing happened until November and technically we still have'nt heard from them. We had to go with another great contractor. It's been ridiculous. I don't like to say much negative about businesses but honestly very very bad experienc.

Had a furnace changeover and they never pulled permits as well as didn’t disclose any information about my old furnace they red tagged.All the work done they didn’t pull a permit left a 2 inch hole in my siding to the basement and didn’t fill.Had the propane line go diagonal across my lawn and hardly any dirt on top 1.5inchs maybe. Then have it sticking out 8 inches into my yard as a tripping hazard and have the line going up the side of the foundation like a crazy straw.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Will not contact me after calling and emailing numerous times.

Booked an appointment waited for someone to show after 30 mins followed up wtuh the company said they were on there way waited around for over and hour noone call and no one showed up. If they can't respect other peoples time and call if canceling then how can I trust their work.

OUTSTANDING! Excellent sense of customer service, followed up with professional installation. They installed a new oil tank for us (took away the old one too), went over the furnace with a fine tooth comb. Could not be happier. AND, they shoot over to fill the oil tank as well!!!

Annual servicing of all propane appliances. Great service. Added a better BBQ hookup. Adam worked on a new much safer way to handle gas shutoff. Excellent workmanship.
