J'ai adorer leurs services, super professionnel et toujours de bonne humeur, ils ont pris soin de bien m'expliquer et de me rassurer. Les délais ont été respecter. Je recommanderai Paul Davis a qui que se soit. Merci encore a M. Gauthier et Madame Pariseau pour leurs excellents travail.

Worst company i have ever dealt with. Unfortunately this company was recommended through my insurance. I've been trying to schedule an appointment to have my basement fixed since July and not one time has Andrée Pariseau had the courtesy to give me a call back. She barely even replies to my e-mails. Follow ups are mentioned however they don't bother to call you at all with any updates. I can't comment on the work because I can't even schedule an appointment! I'm not sure how a company can still be in business when treating customers this poorly. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone, and have also advised my insurance company to partner with a company who actually gets back to their customers.*Update*In addition, instead of rectifying the situation like most companies would, they decided to cancel the contract. Save yourself the headache and reach out to a reliable company!

Very disappointed about Paul Davis. Roch Gauthier has not even had the courtesy to call me to explain the situation or try to find solutions. My insurance has told me that P.D. does not have the time to do the works in my house. They are unable to find staff due to the high demand after the flooding, which I would not question, except that I have been trying to contact them before the flooding started (March). No response or delayed response. They know perfectly that our deadline to get the job done is end of May. We have not been able to do it before due to health issues with my husband. They have left us up in the air, without any option and without a courtesy call. Bad manners combined with bad service and arrogance are the best combination for failure. I have seen several reviews on other sites for Paul Davis and they are terrible. When I try to leave a comment on their website, their system does not allow me to do so. BTW, they also over-blew the costs for cleaning up our basement after the flooding. We had to contact the insurance company to have the amounts revised. Be careful with their estimates.

Un gros merci a Roch pour tout son aide. Malgre que nous avons pris un autre chemin pour les traveaux a faire Roch a pris le temps avec moi pour en discuter et m'a enormement aider. J'apprecie beaucoup!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered. I have lost almost $10000.00 because they don't inventory properly what is destroyed or lost in the sinister, their movers have broken some of my stuff and if they tell you they will bring you something they still have you can forget about it, you will never get it back.

Paul Davis did the work at my mother's house and we are very satisfied. I recommend this company.

J'ai communiqué avec cette compagnie pour un problème de moissisure à la maison. J'ai expliqué la situation à la maison. L'on m'a demandé d'envoyer des résultats de test et on m'a aussi dit qu'un des experts en moissisure allait me contacter. Plus d'une semaine après, pas eu d'appel ou courriel. Je les contacte à nouveau, on s'excuse et on me dit que quelqu'un m'appelera au courant de la semaine. Pas d'appel ni de suivi. Peu impressionné par leur service à la clientèle.
