Got my new babies from New Look Eyewear here in Van Isle, Nanaimo at the Woodgrove... So happy with my purchase. Its buy 1 get 1. I got Tiffany & Co. and Kate Spade.... love love love it! I got my glasses an hour after and just got my sunnies 3 weeks later. The deal is really great as you can mix and match everything. You can do 2 reading glasses or 1 readin and 1 sunnies or 2 sunnies... My sunnies is mirrored prescription graded thats why maybe it took weeks to get them.... but anyhow, im so very happy with my purchase!!!! Booking an eye exam with them for my contact lenses!!!

I am so happy with my experience. The team was very helpful. I really like how spacious it was in the exam room and the shop area. It was pretty cool to see and try on frames on the tablet. Also learned they have prescription goggles for swimming while there. Appreciate the $120 off my bill for sure <3 I will definitely be back in the future for any optical needs. Thank you Dr. Mitchell Paradis and team for everything!

Have been a client years. My husband and I were just in on Friday to select my new frames. Melinda was so helpful with my new lense options for my new glasses. Very professionally and knowledgeable. Even when I go in for adjustments, service is always a 10 out of 10. When people ask me where I get my glasses , I tell them New Look in Woodgrove. Thanks again Melinda for helping me.

So this was my first time buying glasses and I checked out the other stores in the mall before coming here as well going online. I didn’t like the staff at the other stores but here Glynnis was so easy to work with! No high pressure salespeople like the other stores and really helpful. They also do direct billing to my insurance. I got two sets of glass for the price of one and the prices are not inflated to cover this deal. Would highly recommend coming here instead of the other two stores in the mall!

Did not go into the store intending to buy glasses. The customer service was so great that I came away with new prescription glasses and sunglasses. The staff arranged an updated eye exam and then helped me find frames to suit my face shape and worked with my budget on my insurance plan.

Great place! From beginning to end of the process the staff in the Eyewear section were knowledgeable, kind and professional. The optometrist was thorough and made sure that everything was understood. They worked with us to get the best deal possible on the new glasses.
