I brought my 2014 Volvo in for service and spoke to the service Adviser Alberto Arieni who is very professional and knowledgeable he was able to complete repairs before promised date and we are very grateful for the Team at Mid Ontario Mack in Maple. Drivers beware! I made the mistake recently and took my truck in for repairs and these people are rip-off artists! Quoted me thousands of dollars for all kinds of repairs amd services and I told them not to touch a thing! Things I was sure about as I am meticulous with my truck and have a mechanical background. Anyways, I picked it up and took it to a couple other reputable shops which were recommended by friends and the parts that they told me were the problem were just fine! Both other mechanics isolated the true problem and offered me similar quotes. Got my truck repaired elsewhere and saved thousands, not falling into their trap. Not all of us drivers are stupid and naive Mid Ontario Maple!

Best Volvo truck dealer in Ontario. I had a change to deal with Philip Jones from sales and Cathy Langdon from finance. Both were extremely nice and professional. They do everything in their power to keep their promises and deliver those promises on time. I am sure rest of the staff as nice and as professional as they are. Overall great experience. Looking forward to purchase more trucks from them.

This was by far the worst service received.. We currently don’t trust the status and integrity of our motor that we depend on day to day, and we were promised a “gold” package which we did not receive and was performed in under 45 minutes. This truck will be going elsewhere to receive the service once again and until then, this truck shall be warrantied for its sub-par mandatory service as it has been flawless until now.Upon arrival, we were prompted to wait outside for 30 minutes until we could provide payment, to then further experiencing the truck not being able to start. We were trying to reach out for help to only be avoided by the service staff until one tech came out to help. The technician continued to make us try and start the truck (which failed) and once started, he revved up the motor to its max capacity on a COLD START to let the “air” out.The motor was not washed - fuel, grease and oil spilled everywhere. To make matters worse, it took away 2 hours of our morning away from the job site after it was left for 12 hours at the dealership to perform a “2 hour” service. This was all apparently caused by a fuel filter not being properly mounted.. why? Possibly because the rushed the expensive service and perhaps why it only took 43 minutes according to my GPS.

Professional and knowledgeable staff, all departments exceed expectations.I would recommend going here for all parts and service needs.Only thing, we are hopeful that, one day soon, Ralph would share some of their MOTC apparel with our team.

I have been coming to this Volvo dealership for sometime now. Each time I am here, I've received exceptional service from Mandeep and the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this dealership for all your trucking needs. Any mechanical problems I have with my truck are thoroughly checked, fixed, and tested. Great service and an amazing staff.

Had my 2021 Volvo VHD into Mid Ontario Kirby Jan 13 2022. Gotta say big Thanks to the service department(Tony) and his crew for getting my truck in and out with no down time of my truck actually losing work. Its a complete pleasure to deal with a service department when this happens. Kudos to this service department wish i can give a 10 Star. complete professionals here at Mid Ontario Mack/Volvo. They have no integrity. I take care of my truck. That’s why I go to dealer for professional service. Had a DPF cleaning and repair of a sensor. I go to pick up the truck and find a side fairing was not installed correctly.Asked service to fix the problem and I’m told not their fault. It was like that when I dropped the truck off. I check that panel on every pre-trip including bringing the truck to Mid-Ontario. Guy says do you have proof it wasn’t like that? How about the customer says it wasn’t? How about being professional and seeing someone screwed up and fixing the issue. The thousands I’ve spent here over the last couple years. Customer loyalty and future money are gone now.Bring your truck here at your own risk!PS they didn’t bother to refill the coolant tank either smh
