Gwen and Rocky’s lobster supper experience was so amazing!!!It is a must Cape Breton experience.It is more than just a lobster dinner.We learned how to prepare east coast quality fresh lobster and enjoyed first hand experience of the culture because they prepare it in their kitchen. Gwen & Rocky are amazing hosts! High quality people offering a high quality experience for a very affordable price. We will go back again ... loved the location (an old farmhouse perfectly situated for our needs), our room had a sitting room & tv plus bedroom and if you love dogs - they have two of the best. The breakfasts were delicious. They inspired us!Ken & Angela

Wonderful experience! Gwen and Rocky were gracious hosts and the meal was delicious. We dined with 5 other folks and all had a grand time! Every detail was planned beautifully, and Rocky had stories and photos to share from his lobstering adventures.

Mom and I had the most comfortable stay we could possibly have had. Gwen and Rocky are the most down-to-earth people you could ever meet. We felt like we were visiting with family - making a puzzle together and chatting until almost midnight. We had a beautiful breakfast and more conversation before we left. Wonderful experience last night with Gwen and Rocky! We were a group of four couples. They cooked us a delicious lobster dinner and explained how lobsters are caught and showed us how to crack open the lobsters to access the delicious meat. Their three cute lab dogs added to our enjoyment!

Gwen and Rocky host a great lobster boil! We learned lots about local lobster fishing and had a delicious meal. The supper barn is beautiful!

We found this beautiful place over the website workaway.info and stayed there for six weeks. The owners Gwen and Rocky are very friendly and open-minded people. With our first steps in this old farmhouse we felt very well. It was always very clean and cozy. At this place you are directly in the nature, the ocean was only a 10 minute walk away. Also the three dogs were very funny and we loved to play with them. We had a great stay and we will visit this place again.

Highly recommend this experience.Celebrated our 30th Anniversary with our children and grandchildren.It will always be a cherished memory for us.The atmosphere in the barn was magical and the lobster boil was amazing!Hosts Gwen and Rocky are so warm and friendly.I can't wait to return to Isle Madame and Come From Away Farm for another fabulous experience.Ben and Tracey Elia
