Had a wonderful experience at Kitchener Nissan recently. Was very lucky to have Darryl helping me, it truly seemed like he wanted to help as much as he could and he provided an excellent service for which I am grateful. Every other employees I met there seemed very cheerful and were always ready to help. I believe they would be just as helpful if you do your business with them. Overall, the place felt very professional, great staff, great services. Would recommend.

I had a great experience here last week. My cars check engine light came on and needed a lot of work. I spoke with Caleb on the phone and he was able to get my car in the next day. He was awesome to work with. He's super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He kept me updated throughout the time my car was there and explained all the work that needed to be done. I'm also very thankful for the mechanic (Kyle) that worked on my car. I know it was quite the project and I was impressed everything could be done in just a day and a half. Thank you Kyle for all your hard work! I 100% recommend Kitchener Nissan! If I could give more than five stars I would! You guys are the best!!!

Amazing experience. Our sales consultant was Saurabh and along with Karen (Financial Services Manager) they took the time to explain everything to us, which was really helpful since it was our first car. The rest of the staff was also great and very welcoming. Will definitely come back here for a future purchase.

I wish I can give 1/2 star.It was my 1st car in Canada(moved here in Aug 2022)went to Nissan Kitchener coz of my brother's suggestion, later we both regretted.Strick 1# got my car a week late.(in Oct 2022)2# Car was not cleaned, all leaves and dust was still there.3# Found problem in car and I dint get appointment for next 1 month. Finally after checking and giving heads up, problem was not fixed, and in next appointment I was out of warranty period (company policies)4# On escalating, I got complimentary car detailed wash".Final and most scary 5# I went for oil servicing and thought to get my complimentary wash along with it

Just purchased my first new vehicle from Tom Moore at Kitchener Nissan. He did a great job at communicating with me every step of the purchasing process. He was always available to answer any questions. After receiving the car he even reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. Very easy process from beginning to end. Highly recommend.
