Great store. We have been taking our 8yr old dog Max there for his regular grooming. The ladies treat him with great care. He is so excited to see them everytime. It is nice to finally find a dog groomer that is kind to animals. Price is great and the grooming is always neat and clean.

Worst customer service ever, I've been shopping there for years and today was the worst. I was there around 5:30pm. Bought numerous items and then they asked if I wanted to buy a bag. They no longer offer bags. Good on them for that but I asked why no notification of this is posted anywhere. I could have brought my own. (after I left, there is now a FB post) I had to buy a bag and then she just stood there. I asked...because I complained about no notification....you aren't bagging my items? I bought 12 items and spent over $100....did I already say how pathetic their customer service is? You've lost my business and anyone else I can advise. The bag I had to buy is in the garbage because I won't be advertising for you.

I was in to Global Pet in Trenton this morning to purchase a dog toy for Christmas. When I was at the register to pay my purchase I presented her my CF1 card. I was told I could not use my card as I was not the primary card holder as my husband is. This is the only store that won't accept the spouse's card.

The store is well stocked and very clean.The staff are excellent so kind and friendly very knowledgeable and helpful.Thank you.M.Brown

Been shopping here for 10 years. Mostly for my rabbit and guinea pig needs. I do buy dog treats here as well.

We have been going here since we git our dogs almost 7 years ago, great selection and prices and a friendly helpful staff. Also if they don't have something you need they will get it for you special order.

Wrong information was given to us by an employee when we made a purchase at this location. We brought the product back with the receipt because it was not the right size and was told we could not get an exchange or refund or store credit. The employee who assisted with the purchase failed to mention that this product was finally sale (nor on the receipt states final sale) when conversations were had about size. $40.00 down the drain due to an employees misinformation!

They seems to go through workers like crazy, I know multiple people who have worked here and had a terrible experience. The mangers seem incredibly unprofessional and don’t treat staff well. I was even told a worker was scared of the manager, that’s no way to be a boss. Maybe the workplace would be less toxic if you treated your staff with some respect.
