Western Union Agent Location

Very Bad experience, I wish no one should ever use WU again nor go to this Walmart for any transactions. I needed money urgently for my wife's medication, her brother sent us money from the UK, I went to this agent to receive the cash, they refused to give me cash that it must be transferred to my bank account,as new comers to Canada I don't have the client card yet, when I returned with the original client card the agent said to me that retrial period has expired, this happened on October 7,2022. Till date we didn't get the money neither did WU sent the money back to the sender, rather they updated in the system that the fund has been picked up by the receiver. This is day light fraud and unacceptable.
