James and Carol were professional and friendly and the ICBC claim paint job they did on my 2003 BMW is perfect. Nothing at all to complain about.

The repainting of my bumpers and passenger side were done within the specified time frame, & everything seemed good. They gave me a photo-walk-through of their process as well, & were polite and helpful. However now it apears the paint did not take properly on the back of my c pillar, & the paint under the clearcoat has a different texture than stock (& is a different silver upon further inspection) so it reflects the light differently. I'm not certain if this work qualifies as the Toyota Certified work I understood I would receive. Sadly with these things, it takes a few days to really notice any imperfections. I will be reaching out this week if no one responds to this review.

Hi, I'd like a quote. is it an ICBC claim? No. 3 days later, looking for the quote. Oh yeah excuses x3 but we're on it...2 weeks later no quote.

Had a great experience with AutoMind! Good price, quick and clean repair, and they perfectly matched my difficult pearl white paint. I'll be going back if I ever need more bodywork.

I made a massive mistake, I took my vehicle to auto mind because the other local shop 2 blocks over was fully booked, upon meeting James and doing my estimate everything seemed great.. however when I went to pick up my vehicle James was no where to be seen and some other woman named Caren I believe ( big girl with the blue shirt ) assisted me with returning my keys, after inspection of my vehicle upon picking it up, I noticed a massive scratch down the side of the vehicle, I informed Caren and I was probably quite upset at the time, she immediately started yelling at me and told me there is absolutely no way this happened at their shop. I did take photos prior to taking my vehicle to auto mind and there was no prior damage in this area. I didn't want to leave but she threatened to call the police and have me removed, I just determined it wasn't worth the hassle or negative energy. I won't repeat business, please consider taking your vehicle to another shop in town, this place is absolutely brutal.

REVISED....James explained the situation and rectified all deficiencies accordingly.AutoMind stands behind the work the do.ORIGINAL...Reinstallation of panels and access areas poor.Blocked emergency power cables when reinstalling front bumper. Broken bolt and missing panel plugs discovered when trying to free the blocked emergency power cable.Communication poor.Called to ask if vehicle was ready at end of quoted period and was told that it would not be ready and they would call me. Called again 1 day past quoted period and was told vehicle was ready. At pick up I was told the vehicle was ready the day prior when promised.update 2 days after pickup the front badging fell off at the car wash. The badging had broken tabs and was not even secured in place.

We had an emergency fender failure - rubbing on tire - on the way to Whistler. Mechanic got under car & repaired - in & out in 20 minutes. Awesome service. And he wouldn't even accept payment.

Shout out to James at Automind Squamish! It was a smooth sailing process working with James whilst supporting me with an accident involving my Audi Q5 2018. He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and his overall attitude is solid. James kept me in the know during the entire process and I will hands down spread the word about James at Automind. Thank you so much to the lovely gentleman from Chilliwack who was working at Automind this morning. A rock cover ripped off the underside of my car in the recent snow storm. He got me in right away and went above and beyond to quickly repair the car before the next storm tonight and Xmas. Thank you so much!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! Go anywhere anywhere else! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had… firstly when we dropped our car off they said repairs would take 3 days maybe a few extra in case extra parts were needed… 10 days later we still don’t have our car back - because they somehow managed to send them to the wrong store that was then closed because of bad weather but we were still responsible for the rental car costs (after complaining enough they said they would cover half the costs)speaking of rental car they gave us a terrible 2 wheel drive all season tire in the middle of winter. We couldn’t drive anywhere during a snowstorm and when mySon had a doctors appointment we actually had to borrow a friends car -Don’t even want to know what would of happened if we had an emergency. Then when the car got stuck because it was snowy and the tires had no traction we got zero help from the company.Oh and when they first quoted us a cost they said it could be more once they check the car - when they came back the price had now jumped $1400 - when I asked forA break down and information they suddenly panicked and said if I didn’t want to pay they needed to know now so they could cancel the repairs - no I just wantedTo know why it was now costing us more than a grand more to fix it.Anyway hopefully we will get our car back some day - despite then telling us it would of been ready days ago and them not contacting us with any updates - I have had to be the one to call them daily. But in the meantime for anyone who needs a car repair please learn from our experience and go somewhere else!!
