Hello everyone. This is by far the worst Starbucks anyone could imagine. First off they refused to make me a drink that was on their menu!! Second when decided on another drink they made it so poorly that I almost puked in my car. It was so horrendous that I wouldn’t with it upon my worst enemy. Very disappointed in both the service and quality of the beverage. F-

Have to be honest drinks are good service not so good, the young girls working there come off very unhappy, don’t talk to you as a customer, don’t seem to have common sense at times. Order 4 drinks wife has to ask for a tray then asked for stoppers the girl that made the 4 drinks gives her 2 stoppers have to ask for 2 more. If you don’t like your job and it’s customer service related quit put somebody there that’s happy and likes being around people on a Saturday morning. Not a bunch of staff that come off like we inconvenienced them for showing up.This is noticeable after ongoing visits while visiting family here.

Drinks are very good, but the service is terrible. There's 2 girls who are quite nice and I'm happy when I get them. But there's a few girls who just don't seem to care about the customers at all, constantly talking with their friends or just hanging out while there's a line of people. Young people nowadays just don't want to work, so don't pay them for bad service, they didn't earn it.

Was visiting from Vancouver..craved some Starbucks.. went in..and Sarah served us some amazing lattes! She saved our day as we couldnt find a local coffee place open after 6pm here..service and coffee was the best

The drinks are ok! Girls working there are very rude and constantly gossiping to eachother while there's lines of people they have gotten my drink wrong the last 3 times I was there. The one girl stopped mid making my drink to go try another one the other girl made.

The worst starbucks I have been to! They couldn't scan my starbucks card to pay and they were soooooo slow! Like I want to stand there listening to you complaining about your job and how you don't get tips! They made my drink wrong too! They put the caramel on the bottom of my caramel macchiato instead of on the top. The staff need to start learning how to do their job the right way! Time to get better staff that make drinks right or at least try to do a good job! Save your money, go somewhere else.

Team was very helpful and friendly during busy holiday despite Many not so friendly customers as some items were out of stock. The thought the staff handled things well and my drink was great!!Kudos n happy new year!!!
