Wouldn't recommend going anywhere else for this. Especially with the instructor Jim. Literally felt like I was at a stand up comedy show. Was scared I wasn't going to be able to pay attention for the whole 8 hours, but he made it so easy to stay engaged. I don't think I went 5 minutes without laughing because of Jim. I hope he's still there in 2025 when I have to get re-certified. Was a great day because of Jim, place was easy to find & parking. Great setup at J&L. Thanks again.

After going here for my first ever first aid course, I wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else. While the material can be considered quite dry or boring, the way their classes are set up makes them go by quickly and actually be quite entertaining! Not to mention I learned a ton! Kristina was my instructor, she was amazing. You can tell she is passionate about the material. I’ll be back in 5 years for re-certification! Thank you!

I took their course over a two day period, there was a good mixture of practical and theory. The course material can get a little dry but the course instructors do what they can to keep it interesting. Overall an enjoyable learning experience.

Highly suggest this place if you want to get any First Aid related certification.. Trevor and his team are highly experienced and there classes provide you more information as compared to other places.. Not ur typical boring PowerPoint presentation lots of class involvement .. Good stuff.

Went for CPR training had nice experience. Drew was our trainer and did a good job. Usually first AID CPR training is so boring but that guy share tons of his experience as he is working with paramedics, which makes this training interested.
