I can't reccomend this place enough. From a low pressure environment, helpful and highly knowledgeable and engaged staff (and owners!) This has become my one stop shop for all things BBQ.They simply seem very genuine about their passion for what they do and it shows through. I feel I am offered a white glove experience every time I connect with them for something.Do yourself a favour if you looking for anything BBQ adjacent and drop in. I purchased a hot tub and the experience was great. Since it’s been delivered I’ve had some basic questions on care and maintenance. The staff was extremely helpful in explaining how to treat the water and when to add what product etc.. They also analyze water samples describe the results and how to optimize the water quality. Fantastic service!!

I recommend Canadian Home Leisure to anyone looking for a hot tub. We’ve had the best experience, from knowledgeable no-pressure staff when purchasing to help figuring out how to maintain our water quality (which is actually very simple). I’ve used the hot tub as hydro therapy this past year and go in year round as part of my daily routine. We LOVE our Beachcomber!!

The existing reviews should speak from themselves. I purchased my 4th bbq from here a few weeks back (2 broil kings and 2 webers). The rep looking after me was knowledgeable and friendly, pricing was fair, delivery was arranged and the deliver people were professional and polite. Items here are different than big box stores and the personal touch make the difference.

Great store great people. Kyle is amazing - Great customer service. I received the wrong size to my hotub cover and Kyle offered to come pick it up from my house and replace it with the correct size at no fee! Corey also is super good with service. Helped me a few times by recommending to check on a few things before purchasing a new part for my hotub. Doing those things fixed my issue and I didn't have to purchase a new part. Thank you guys!

Over the years we have bought barbecues and patio furniture from Canadian Home Leisure. Their products are high quality and fairly priced. Two deliveries, one today, have been on time, polite, and professional. Staff, Karen yesterday, have been knowledgeable, patient, and polite. This is our first choice for any outdoor purchases.

They've got everything from BBQs to hot tubs, and their patio sets are just plain gorgeous.The BBQ section in the store is like heaven for folks like me who love grilling. I've used my new grill at a few backyard parties now, and I'm always getting compliments. It's totally upped my BBQ game.Now let's talk about the staff. They're all great, but I gotta give a big shoutout to Kyle. He was amazing from start to finish. He knows the products inside and out, and he was super helpful in making sure I found what I was looking for. I recently moved into a home with a hot tub (my first one), and it turned out that it had a number of unexpected issues. Corey and Kyle at Canadian Home Leisure were absolutely amazing to help with the repairs and to educate me on what chemicals I would need and when to use them.These are good people who are knowledgeable and happy to help. I recommend this company to anyone who owns a hot tub - they are fantastic.

My mum and dad were in your store yesterday looking to buy a new BBQ because my dad's BBQ burner had burned out. One of your employees named Kyle was extremely pleasant and helpful and talked to my dad about how my dad can replace his burner with a new one and would not have to buy a new BBQ after all. He sold my dad a new burner and the BBQ is now working like new! In today's day-and-age when 'planned obsolescence' is running rampant, my parents and I think it is absolutely amazing that there are people like Kyle who are still encouraging people to fix a part of an appliance instead of throwing the whole thing in the garbage and buying a new one. Because of how much my parents enjoyed their experience in your store with Kyle helping them so much, they already told me that when the time comes to buy a new BBQ, they will definitely be buying it here, at Canadian Home Leisure!!
