Puff City Smoke & Vape Shop

Definately worst customer service. Just hope they sell you a device that works otherwise they won't take it back. There's another store zen vape very close by that I highly recommend. I won't be returning and I'm recommending anyone I've sent here previously to shop elsewhere. Good prices or not. It's not worth it I've spent at least a couple thousand here. I likely would have purchased a few extra things to compensate for the loss. Now they lose more then myself as a customer.

The people here are always so welcoming when coming inside, they have incense in bulk for cheap and good flavors which is why it's my favorite place to go. They also seem to have some of the best prices vape wise from all the other ones in the area i have visited that are much more expensive. This is my favorite vape shop south side so far!

Amazing customer service and great prices. I live nowhere near here but still go out of my way to come here every time. Staff are always super friendly. Highly recommend.

me and my boyfriend come in here all of the time and the man at the front always is super patient with us and helps us out always. i’ve never been to a vape store that had such great costumer service, they really go above and beyond for their customers. me and my partner only go to puff city such a amazing place with great workers!

Just visited and got great advice for vape maintenance and a great recommendation. Always great service and is my go to store as they always have great stock.

Thought I’d try this store since they’re open later. Way more expensive than the other vape stores nearby and the girl pushed a product onto me I did not want. I wanted a small bottle of vape juice she insisted I try a large bottle of a certain flavour “I promise you gonna love this one” but I don’t love it its actually awful lol and I’ve opened it now so can’t return. Zen Vape across the road is way cheaper and has much better customer service. Editing my review to respond to the owner’s pathetic response. Usually a business will respond in a positive manner to build a good reputation and do the effort to make a success of his enterprise but your lack of professionalism speaks volumes for you and this store so good luck! I won’t return and I’m not the only negative review so you’re not off to a good start you have stiff competition around you and your attitude sucks. Also, train your staff to assist customers based on what they ask for, not according to “best seller” How stupid!

I walked in today looking for a Mr fog switch and an employee had recommended the elf bar instead as someone who liked the sweet flavour. The elf bar was the perfect suggestion as it actually balances the sweet to the smoke.10/10 would reccomend this place if you don’t l ow exactly what ur looking for!
