Who works in the trades and can make it to this shop between 8am and 5 pm? And they are closed on weekends, the only time I could possible drop off my tools. Pretty bad hours seeing that most of your clients are tradesmen.

Called for a cost on a part a few minutes before 5pm (closing time). Response was can you call back in the morning? My computer is shut off and I'm going home

We took our Makita saw to them with a broken safety switch. As I THOUGHT I was waiting (approximately 2 minutes) for them to take the information off the saw, they were actually repairing it. In and out in less than 5 minutes! Fantastic and friendly service. We will definitely be using them again!

If you don't have to use this place then go elsewhere.Took more than 10 days to get one tool back from a small repair. If your in a hurry take it to PEC or another independent repair shop. They always are looking to gouge you when they can as well.

5 Star Service. 2 Star Hours. I'll Average it to 4 Stars.Great for Makita Parts and Accessories. IF You can make it there when they are open :( I feel like some Weekend staff would pay for themselves very quickly due to the number of people that work between 9am and 5pm monday to friday.

This place was amazing! I don’t live in Edmonton, but brought in my MAC2400 compressor that had stopped building pressure.The guys were accommodating to my situation and were able to make the repairs the same day. Please understand that this may not always be possible depending on the nature of the work you may need done. I was very happy that they were able to do it on this occasion!Overall, the service was outstanding and the price of the repair was fair.Highly recommend this repair shop!

Sadly didn't order the right part wasted gas and time to go pick up the wrong part now gotta wait another 2 weeks to get the right part

Great service. More than once I've taken nailers, saws, compressors there and if it was something minor they didn't charge me or gave me a great deal.

I took my die grinder into the store and explained the problem to a staff member. He suggested i needed a new housing I purchased one and replaced it myself everything works great.Thanks to very helpful staff of the Makika store in Edmonton.
