Won't give refund. Wore shoe for 5 minutes. Trash service. Trash company. Do not buy.

I ordered a boots here on nov 18 and be told that it will come 3-5 days.2 weeks later I contacted the online agent that I haven’t received my package and she told me to wait another week if not I’ll be able to get a refundI contacted them again next week and be told that I can get my refund at the store.I came to the store then they said they can’t give me a refund for somehow reason, they have to cal customer service and will call me back the next dayNothing for the whole week and now I talked to the online agent again and be told to come to the store AGAIN.The whole process is more than a month and I still haven’t been able to get my refund or package yet. DONT ordered online here around this time since they don’t even know what they are doing.

They ordered a pair of shoes at metro town location online from the warehouse and they said if the shoe was not available in the warehouse I can get my money back from any other store. A day or two I received n email and my order cancelled. I went to park Royal location to get the refund they said only the store I ordered my original purchase besides they said I paid by cash I they don't have any cash to pay for refund. Very inconvenient and not good customer service. I never order online!

I have been a loyal ALDO supporter for many years and many pairs of what I always thought were good quality shoes at fair prices. That changed yesterday when I attempted to return the first pair of shoes I was not satisfied with. Yes, I had respectfully tried them at home to see if I could get used to them" I was told that would be correct at purchase and have been told in the past. That was not the response I received from the manager yesterdayI was told they would only attempt to stretch them

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Great service. Also, they provide good choices and prices too.

I want to commend the really good customer service at this location by Ally or Ali (sp?), the manager. I can’t believe the number of bad reviews here!For the sake of balance, I want to say how pleased I was that the manager here let me exchange new shoes I bought that turned out to be ill-fitting when I spent more time in them (partly because I didn’t try them out as well as I should have). In spite of that, Ally was very understanding and let me exchange them for different sizes that turned out to be the perfect fit. I wear orthotics, so getting an accurate fit in the right shoes is sometimes a challenge, but he made sure I got my money’s worth, in the end.I’d recommend this store and feel that the manager is an asset to Aldo, for sure, by putting the customer first.

ı buy some boats in Aldo but ıts not fit ı want to change but they say you can wear of course ı can wear otherwise how can ı understand to fit or not my foot and fingers has lots of woud up ı can not wear 2 days shoes so how can ı do it that shoes ın your sales friend too rude ı tell all friend about this bad experience to Aldo ı can not buy shoes or anything else

No one helps . Every single one ignores when u look for help and I would say just help urself . Girls were either gossiping with each other or wandering around trying to make no eye contact with customers . Not only with me , they were doing this to pretty much everyone in store . I just left the store without buying anything . No smiles , smirky faces and very ignorant .

bought my aldo snow boots here. was busy since it was a sale. boots are still sturdy and i have let others wear it for snow hiking.staff were still helpful even if it was busy. not sure if they would help me if it wasn't busy cz sometimes they are snobby when you brows around and window shop. just saying.

Chean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is comfortable with music provided. Employees are nice and friendly. Price is ok. Check out speed is fast. Credit cards accepted. Located inside the Metrotown shopping mall. Free mall parking available. Public restrooms nearby.
