Flatline provides an open and inclusive environment to learn First Aid skills. The instructor makes this training both interesting and fun while sharing quality information and providing insights into why things are done the way they are. I've taken safety training from Flatline several times in the past. The investment that they have made in the digital CPR trainers with real time feedback demonstrates a commitment to teaching people how to do CPR in a correct and meaningful way that could actually save a life (as opposed to merely getting a 1st aid certificate to go to work).

I would recommend this first aid and cpr course to anyone the instructor covered everything and makes sure you really understand what you have to do when you come across a casualty from a adult to infant. This is a good certificate to qaulify for your workplace and safety requirements and in everyday life you could save one.

Robin was a great instructor. He made the course entertaining, informative and kept it at a fast pace. He answered all questions and the CPR dummies recorded our compressions to ensure we kept the correct tempo, pressed the adequate distance and ensured proper breaths. Great course overall.
