La atención es buena y rápida sólo cuando llegas al lugar. De lo contrario, sacar citas no es tan sencillo porque en la página nunca están disponibles para Alberta, preguntas y solo te dicen que revises en la página de internet o marques. Cuando marcas, tampoco saben cuándo habrá citas (es un sistema remoto y los que te contestan están en CDMX, ellos ven lo mismo que tú por internet). Si llevas carro no es fácil encontrar estacionamiento, Calgary Place es el más cercano y el techo es muy bajo, creí que mi carro se atoraría. No reciben tarjeta, solo efectivo. Tuve que sacar dinero del cajero y la máquina se comió mi tarjeta, por lo que tardé horas en arreglar el problema. Pésimas fotos para documentos oficiales, no te dan una segunda oportunidad pese a que les preguntas de buena manera (la iluminación es tan mala que parece que traigo golpes en los ojos, espero que sí me reconozcan en las aduanas); salí llorando del lugar por el mal día y la foto que durará 10 años. Para ellos un trámite más, para ti un papel muy importante, el cual no cuesta nada barato.

Receptionist was extremely nice & helpful. Interview was quick and done quickly and efficiently. All in all, a very good experience. Make sure you have all ypur paperwork and things go smoothly.

The staff at the office is polite and well-informed. Oscar and Belu made sure that all of my questions were addressed and answered. Belu at reception was very friendly and attentive. Nobody we spoke with made us feel hurried, which was a very pleasant experience.

The staff at the Consulate of Mexico in Calgary are admirably polite and efficient. I needed a Permanent Resident visa and submitted my documents (as described on their website) at 11:30 a.m. I received my visa at 3 p.m. on the same day. ¡Muchas gracias! My only complaint is that it is necessary to book an appointment with the Calgary consulate through a Los Angeles phone number. Expect a very long wait on the phone and sometimes your wait will only end with the information that no appointments are available at this time. I was lucky and snagged an appointment on my first call after a 90 minute wait on the phone.

Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Clean, professional office. Very fast service.

I went to the consulate to apply for permanent residency. I emailed the office beforehand to request instructions. They left out a very key piece of information. That's partially on me for not researching enough, but the two officers I spoke to during the process were treating me like I was up to something suspicious.I applied for permanent residency because my little boy is a Mexican citizen. The officer originally told me my application was approved. Then ten minutes later the other officer called me and said they've changed the decision because of the aforementioned missing requirement.The original officer should have known this to begin with. Then the second officer told me my application was refused in front of the entire waiting room of people which is ridiculously unprofessional and a breach of confidentiality.This is something that will easily be resolved, but I was not apologized to for the wasted trip. I was not apologized to for the reverse in decision. I was not apologized to for the omission in the instructions. I was not treated with respect during my visit.I am writing this 24 hours later and I'm still disgusted by the treatment I received in this office.

Just received my temporary residency. The staff at this consulate are exceptional. They are friendly and very accommodating. Thank you to the staff. We look forward to spending more time in your beautiful country.

Soy cubana española casada con un colombiano, por tanto he estado en todos estos consulados, y Mexico supero todas mis expectativas, han sido súper atentos, me han tratado tan bien, me hay ayudado, comprendido, asesorado, un personal de primera.Gracias miles
