This was vital for my mind, body, and soul. Katherine's class was something I didn't know I needed!I had the pleasure of attending the class in person which got me out of the house and in the company of other moms on the same journey of wellness. It was a great way to get moving and aid in postpartum healing, she made it challenging without feeling overwhelming.I will definitely do it again after any future pregnancies!

I’m so thankful for the top notch care I received at Sorella’s! I had 6 pelvic floor physiotherapy sessions. Kesha was very knowledgeable and quick to share her own story to put me at ease. I felt the benefits of the care I received after the first visit. Each visit was a good experience, and Kesha took a lot of time teaching me different relaxing and strengthening exercises to continue care at home.The centre itself is very clean and inviting. This really should be the standard of care for all women postpartum!

I got postpartum massage done by Rukhsana in March and was amazed by the magic in her hands. She asked my problem areas and told me the points where there is tension. She also taught me certain exercises to help improve my posture. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional massage in a women only environment.

I have been doing pelvic floor physiotherapy here for a few months now to help with the pain associated with Interstitial Cystitis. Kesha has been incredible at providing me with a multitude of techniques and treatments aimed at improving pelvic health and strength. My symptoms from interstitial cystitis have already greatly improved in only a few months. The environment is also very welcoming and relaxing.

After both my kids I had some issues I was quite concerned with and Keisha at sorella was patient not only in helping me through my physio but always answering any questions or concerns about my health and how to attain my goals. Additionally, I have always been so happy with the receptionist, who right now I am blanking on her name, but she is always helpful and so kind when you go to the office. I recently had a massage with Rukhsana and it was the best massage I have had! I have been dealing with back pain for a few years now and Rukhsana was very attentive to my concerns when I told her which areas of my back were feeling the most sore. She hit every spot and provided a perfect amount of pressure throughout the entire massage. I felt so much better after! Rukhsana is excellent and I would absolutely recommend her. Thank you so much!!
