Crown Accessible Medical Transportation

The owner Zack Haider has made 5 separate accounts and gave himself 5 star reviews on each one of them in order to up his company's ratings. I don't know how they're allowed to be up. Called crown regarding a bad service. Responded with complete attitude and were extremely rude. Their trucks barely work and should be considered safety hazards.

This was my very first time using a transportation service. They arrived 45 minutes late. We would have lost our appointment but my daughter works at the hospital and got us in. The appointment was for a cat scan for my sister, who has Down’s syndrome and fluid on the brain. She had to be sedated for the trip. It was a bit of a nightmare. The worker’s on the transport were very good. They just called me asking for payment. When I told the woman what happened, she went to her boss to get some kind of compensation. He said no. Needless to say, we will not be using this service again. Oh and by the way, the cost is just over $200 one way.

Just terrible. Waiting with my mom at leamington hospial for transfer back to LTC. Told me 2 and half hours...7 hours later we're still waiting! Also...they force credit card payment at time of initial call. Unbelievable!!!

Worst experience ever. My mother was transported to palative care yesterday by crown. The driver was very unprofessional and his conversation at her home was totally inappropriate. After heading to the wrong place, having 2 dropped calls trying to confirm where we were heading, stopping to get water at a convenience store while we waited not knowing where the driver had gone, we finally arrived. When I called the supervisor to discuss what happened, I received more disrespect and aggravation. Crown deserves a zero rating, not 1.

Hands down worst experienceOnly one van for the whole city so instead of them hiring more workers we all get to wait hours and hours for them.I will simply refuse to use their services next time.If the hospital tells you Crown will be transporting your loved one just call a taxi it will save you probably 3-4 hours

My name is John Gunther and I use the crowns taxi cab to take me home from the hospital after my surgery March the 3rd at 7:30 p.m. the guy hit every curb riding home and Drive on a curb like it was a driveway right into private property

Terrible, used this service to transport my dad from the LTC home to my mom's (his wife of 65 years) funeral....precession line waited 40 minutes for them to come to get my dad to go to the cemetary (after taking a $20 tip to be back on time)....Apologized and said just give us a 20 minute wait for a pick up...Had a small lunch, called for a pick up at 4:15, arrived at 6:10...My dad just burried his wife, and now he's waiting in urine to return to the home. Awful experience on a bad enough day, never use Crown !
