Croisière Escoumins

The whale watching tour was lovely. We were in a small boat and our guide was very respectful of the whales and limited chatter as needed. If we had left on time, not 45 minutes late I would have said they were 5 stars.

Amazing experience ! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ride on the zodiac boat was nice, everyone had their mask on for covid precautions. The boat had 30 or so people seated side by side with some distance inbetween. It was a great day to see lots of whales. We saw humpbacks, belugas, fin whales, porpoises and seals ! The captain navigated us through all the hot" spots for whales. We dont speak much french but one of the staff was very nice and explained everything in English for us and personally came to us to answer questions. Would highly recommend this tour !"

We had an amazing trip with Croisière Escoumins ! The captain and our guide were really good, they knew exactly how fast and in what direction the wales were going, they were respectful to tha animals, keeping our distancies, but still we saw them really really good !They shared a lot of information about the wales and their behaviours - very interesting !!We would definetly go again !Thnak you !!

Great 2 hour tour! We saw porpoise, humpback whale, beluga, fin whale. Roughly 34 people on the boat during covid which was ok but we all had to wear masks. We got fairly close but still needed a zoom lens to truly get close up pictures. Very friendly.

In 2021 I went on a whale watching tour in Escoumins and it was an absolutely incredible experience. From start to finish, the tour was well-organized and informative.Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate about marine life, and he provided us with interesting facts and information about the whales we saw. The boat was comfortable and safe, and we were able to get up close and personal with the whales without disrupting their natural behavior.The highlight of the tour was definitely seeing a pod of beluga whales swimming alongside our boat. It was a surreal experience that I will never forget.Overall, I highly recommend this whale watching tour in Escoumins. The staff were friendly, the tour was educational, and the whales were breathtaking. It's a must-do activity for anyone visiting the area!

We loved the tour and will come to you again - it feels like a unique private tour. We had an excursion with Croísíère Escoumins last year and still recalling it as an amazing experience. The tour guide was a professional naturalist and we enjoyed a lot the details about the fauna. The location is perfect, it’s a bit far from the overcrowded Tadoussac - so you won’t be disappointed with queues and crowds. Guys, you are the best

These photos don't do it justice because we were so enthralled in the moments that we didn't take good photos. Amazing (ah-mazing!!!) afternoon on the water. We saw minke, fin, beluga and humpback whales, porpoises, dolphins and grey seals. The guide and pilot were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic (you can tell how much they love working here) - we were the only English speakers but they made us feel welcome and included. I'd highly recommend this tour and company - what a fabulous experience!!!

Extremely professional and well behaved, friendly staff. We were the only English speaking family in the boat and our naturologist Simon took very well care to translate every single French commentary throughout the two hours. He and other in the team made our day. They do their best to find the whales and these boats are best to manoeuvre compared to large boats or ships! Highly recommend Croisière Escoumins !

Excellent and most simply the best out there. Tried AML before I found them and they don't even compare (2 years ago, went with AML and no whales spotted, they took us to see the seals and fjord....). These guys are very knowledgeable and professional. We were the last group of the day and we spotted a humpback whale as we were heading back to shore. We ended up staying 1hr extra whale watching, no extra charges. That says a lot!
