My partner received the wrong item when he picked up his order and couldn’t see that until the package was open. When he called them to try to rectify the matter, the person who answered was super rude and refused to do anything to fix THEIR mistake. Super disappointed and won’t be coming back or recommending any longer.

Such an awesome place to shop with a ton of selection, the staff is so polite, & the shop is clean and organized making it easy to spot out juices and devices. The juice menu tablet was also super helpful!

This place has great deals awesome loyalty program and just all around good products. This place is also a LOCALLY OWNED and operated Proudly Canadian business started by and still ran by a young man from the Niagara Region. So if you are looking for a nice friendly place for all your vape and quit smoking via vape needs this is the place to go and can be happy to know your purchase is going back into this community. These people really care about us locals and are not just another head shop opening up to get our money.
