Shawn and Josh installed laminate flooring throughout our house. They did a beautiful job, worked quickly, and for a great price. They were always on time, responsive, and professional to deal with. We were absolutely thrilled with the results. I'd hire them again in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I found Modern Edge on Kijiji and, upon researching them further, decided to give them a try - I'm so glad I did! From the first time they came over to do a preliminary assessment of my project, they were kind, courteous, very collaborative and really worked with me to make my project a complete success. Their workmanship is great and the guys are a pleasure to deal with. I was already recommending them to neighbours before my project was even done. Save your time and give Josh and Shawn a call, you won't be disappointed... I sure wasn't!!

Josh was excellent. Always quick to respond and provided reliable timelines. Craftsmanship was superb. Very professional. I bought a house from the 50s and gutted the upstairs. Josh framed in the new bedrooms and bathrooms and replaced the windows. I will definitely use his services again for future renos

Shawn and Josh built gates for the front and back of our property last fall. They were professional, efficient, affordable, and have excellent communication skills. Our gates are functional and attractive. They even came back months later to help us fix a problem we had with some settling of the ground, which caused some shifting in the posts. They fixed it all up, no questions asked.

Excellent job of some revisions in my living room. Prompt, amiable, excellent quality, clean and did not leave until all work was done and clean up done. They had a subcontractor do some drywall work which was also prompt, efficient and excellent quality. I can heartily recommend Modern Edge Contracting

My experience in having Shawn and Josh do some work in my house was excellent. I found their work to be excellent with attention to detail and a fair price. Josh and Shawn are reliable, honest, polite, very easy to work with. When I checked with them on another project in my older house they helped me understand what was involved (when you don't do these jobs nothing is as easy as it seems) and instead of being self serving they recommended I check out a totally different avenue before I enter into a major reno that might not solve my problem. I would definitely recommend this company and have done so to my friends.
