A must visit for your baseball needs! They have a great selection of bats, gloves and cleats (for all levels pro to amateur). Whatever they don't have in stock; they will try to order for you. They have a great knowledgeable staff!

We came across this baseball store by chance, and Wow! They have stock of just about everything baseball and great prices too boot. They had a fantastic selection of baseball bats including Mark Lumber which is a bonus! We picked up socks, lizard skins and a bat weight! We will definitely be returning.

Top notch customer service every time! Not only is the facility a cool experience for the kids with the VR hitting machine, but the customer service is amazing! They saved us over $100 on a custom glove for my eldest. Plus, Stan (one of the owners) drove to Mississauga to pick up a catcher's kit from the manufacture, so that my youngest could have the gear he wanted on his birthday! If you are a sports family, you know how hard it has been to get gear during the pandemic. These guys never disappoint! If they don't have it in store, they will do their best to get it for you. My eldest is a lefty, and good gloves are hard to come by. Baseball 365 has always delivered for him! Hands down one of the best overall shopping experiences in the GTA!

I am surprised to see all of the positive reviews about customer service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. I went in to look for cleats and was asked my size (by the owner). He put the box on the stool for me to try them on and immediately went back to the cash desk to his computer. He never got up again or asked how they were. I went to the shelf and grabbed another colour and bought those instead. I also looked at batting gloves for a while and was not assisted at all. I found what I needed. A young employee tried to cash me out and was very sweet and apologetic that he was new and didn't know exactly how to operate the system. The owner never addressed me again. I am all about supporting local businesses but I don't feel like I was appreciated as a customer, despite purchasing from his store.

This store is awesome! I went in with my toddler today and she tried out the indoor HitTrax batting cage. It was so much fun that I had to try it out myself lol. It's a great feature and I found out that they rent out the area for parties. Definitely something different and fun to consider for a birthday party.You don't have to play baseball to shop here, it's a great place to buy yourself a little something or a Christmas or birthday gift for any baseball lover. Excellent service and great prices. My next purchase here is the Blue Jays jerseys for my baby and toddler. Two thumbs up!

Found this absolute gem while looking for baseball equipment for an upcoming softball tournament. Was blown away by the selection from everything to equipment, balls, bags, gloves, bats, jersey's etc. Owners are friendly, down to earth guys who clearly love baseball. Indoor Hit Trax batting cage is a must for all ages. A must visit for every local baseball player and fan. Will certainly be back.

Great staff. Very helpful. Took the time to go thru every question and helped my son gear up for his first year of baseball. Would definitely recommend.

Phenomenal!! We drove from Whitby, & it was worth every second as soon as we walked through the front door. I had a fantastic experience with my son & husband at Baseball 365! Stan was genuine & helpful couldn't ask for a better experience. The selection of merchandise & the HitTrax simulator is the perfect touch! If you need cleats, turf shoes, gloves, bats uniforms. You name it; these guys got you! The only place for all your baseball needs, whether it be individual or team. This place & the gentlemen that run it are definitely worth the drive. It’s about time it was done right...We’ll be back & we will tell everyone! Thank you for your time.

This place is like a dream come true. I can only think of 2 baseball stores in ontario. Lucky to have such luck to have baseball 365.
