I would like to add to my comment that the restaurant management staff took care of this extremely well, they contacted me, apologized and took accountability and most importantly are leveraging the feedback to help Drive awareness with their staff for future customers served. I have updated my score to four stars to reflect the fact that they acted upon my concern and provided a resolution.Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! Took over 30 minutes to get our order prepared. Food was soggy, presentation was not appetizing at all to the point my daughter didn't want her burger. This is a picture of what the burgers looked like. Considering a trio is in the range of $15 per person, you would think they would serve better quality food. Fries were cold and soggy to the point they tasted wet. Never ordering from here ever again.

This restaurant has improved dramatically over the past couple of years. I prefer to dine in because of the comfortable atmosphere. Harvey’s meals are all great. The fries or onion rings were not fresh hot today but still good. The fresh apple and strawberry pies are amazing. I recommend this restaurant!

Absolutely disgusting, completely the wrong order from Uber Eats. They mixed up the toppings from one item to the other. While the main sandwich was missing. To top it all off the food was so cold.

A typical fast food restaurant that is somewhat better than other junk foods restaurants. The quality of meals served at this place are better than McDonalds or Burger King for sure. Price wise they’re about the same or a bit more expensive. However, the restaurant is a good option for a quick fast unhealthy bite.

This is the nicest Harvey's I've been to in a long time. The food was on point and dressed the way I like it, especially with the Harvey's sauce. And the employees are smiling and cheerful, unlike other burger places. I highly recommend this Harvey's to anyone that wants a good meal at a good price served with a smile at a brightly lit clean place ❤️

My first time in a Harveys. It was FABULOUS. Everything was steamy hot and fresh, top quality. Burger juicy with warm bun, amazing beef quality for fast food. Bacon was cooked perfectly, not tough. Fries and onion rings just out of the frier, fresh and hot. But the service wasn't good....... Was EXCELLENT! Nice young people, smiley and extra kind. The went the extra mile. Don't understand how other chains with so much lower quality keep being chosen over this one. Highly recommended.

I like the service, food, and staff. I used to be able to show the online version of the flyer and get the deal, but this time, they won't accept... the staff told me I needed the physical flyer to use the coupons.. they dont deliver the physical flyer/coupons to where i live :(

Great store, fast delivery....customers services is great, my Hambuger was a bit overcook today, talked with Micheal and he replaced it Right away!! With free donuts. :) (also they have a great outdoor table! see picture below)

I'm assuming Canadians don't know what a burger is, (no offense) because whatever that was i just ate, was not a burger. It was so dry and tasteless. Add the toppings and then add mustard on top of the toppings??? Son ordered with bacon. He got something that looked like bacon but was miniscule and could not really tell what it was. Overall, don't eat here. McDonald's is better. Also, manager needs to get on the ball and get place cleaned.
