Was looking for a good priced suit for all occasions. Walked into the store, was greeted by Dano, the manager. Immediately had a very welcoming attitude and inquired about what I wanted in a suit. Listened to me, found my size without measuring and suggested me some suits. Within 30 minutes I was able to pick out a suit with Danos help. Great guy, even better customer service

Have never had a worse customer service experience than I did this evening. Made us feel unwelcome with their attitude, tone, and lack of professionalism.

One of the best shopping experiences we have ever had. The store was clean and organized. Clothing quality was great. Both the salesperson (Baruch?) and the store manager provided impeccable customer service, and patiently helped us for over an hour. Tip Top has become our first choice for men's clothes.

The manager at this Tip-Top location, Dano Muataz, offered excellent service and price. His welcoming attitude and honesty is appreciated, along with the deals he provided for my prom suit that other Tip-Top locations were not aware of. I would highly recommend all high-school graduates to check out this location for their prom needs, I'm sure Dano and his friendly staff will provide the best help.

Had a great experience suit shopping at the hill crest location! The manager Dano was helpful, knowledgeable and very kind and patient throughout this process! Excellent customer service, would recommend getting suits here for sure!

The first time we came in to purchase a suit we were greeted and made a deal with one gentleman. We felt that he was very rushed to make a deal and spoke so quickly that we felt confused about the purchase price and the way they do their buy a jacket “get one free pants” in the end.Thankfully, when we went in today to get that jacket tailored, Willey was there and he was awesome! He’s incredibly professional, calm and highly knowledgeable. Going forward, this will be the person that we will be going to for all of our needs. When you go to the store, make sure to ask for Willey.

Sales person was unenthusiastic and unhelpful. The constant mumbling and inability to elaborate made the experience unpleasant and unwelcoming.Another sales person was rude and pushy on my desired length of the pants.Manager was confusing and said that they could alter the suit in a week but then gave a date that was 2 weeks away.
