Pet Valu

Stopped in for a product suggested by someone else. Employee asked many questions about my cat and issue. He then suggested another product, and worked great. It was also cheaper. He informed of numerous other things as well. If i lived in Perth this would be pet store, hands down.

Horrible mindset and services. Also checked their Facebook reviews many negative comments. After one recent negtive review, they asked relatives to post lots of fake good reviews within half day lol. Very honest" people. DO not risk yourself or pets."

Sadly last week we had to say goodbye to Stratton, our dearly loved Westie of 13 years. Due to his condition I was required to seek out a particular food for his diet and Pet Valu was one place I was able to source out that brand. Colin assisted me numerous times in getting me that particular food when other Pet Stores couldn't. He was always friendly, courteous, quick to help and very efficient at the task. The owner also stepped up and got involved as well. I will forever be appreciative of Colin's work ethic and performance. I found the store always clean, organized and fully on board with all the Covid protocols. Any chance I get at my business to recommend this business I will certainly share how pleased I was with the store, the staff and the owner of Pet Valu, Perth.

The store “itself” is very clean & very well organized! I’ve had no issues finding anything I needed.MOST of the team is very knowledgeable, I’ve met a couple that literally have no idea what your inquiring about and have zero knowledge regarding pet care, or the potential to achieve or to refer you to someone that wants/will help..I had to ask if there was anyone else working/seek information from because the answer I received from them was a “ummm I don’t know” then receive the cold shoulder & they continued stocking the shelf.I’ll clarify again; NOT all the employees!BUT definitely a select few I have personally dealt with directly..Myself I really do enjoy Pet value and will continue to support the business. I just hope they hire stronger informed employees/train them to want to achieve the knowledge or have more on the floor that can be more direct and show that they care & tried to help.Pet value has always been one of my TOP TEN recommendations! Over other box stores.

Went to adopt some kittens and the person working was super nice... loved animals which was awesome! Helped me with everything and just had the best experience getting new babies at this place!

We went to the Perth Pet Value to pick up everything we needed for our new 8 week Golden Retriever. It had been a long time since I had a puppy, so wasn’t sure what I really needed. The staff was really kind and patient with me and answered all of my questions. They are very knowledgeable and walked away feeling confident that I had all the things I needed.

Super helpful staff that is always willing to help you find what you need. I have pretty simple needs for my pets but I always overhear them helping others find a proper product for their clients.

New employee Meaghan was very helpful! She helped me to find guinea pig harnesses, leashes, and things they would like such as toys. When she was unsure of something, she asked a fellow employee (supervisor?). Meaghan isn’t afraid to learn and ask questions on the job! Her service was very helpful, if I could give her more than 6 starts, I would.

Staff is very knowledgeable and caring! They can offer advice or the perfect suggestion! Highly recommend a visit!
