Inexperienced LPN/RN that are unavailable at crucial times frequently. Some care staff have Poor professionalism and recreation with a chip on their shoulders.

Lots of new, unexperienced care staff right now as most of the old ones migrated to better managed facilities. My husband saw mice in the lobby twice and found a short pencil in the soup that was served . There is no staff room or a change room for employees and there is only a very small parking area for visitors

Glorified death centre. If you don't care about your family member, be sure to send them here. The directors and those in charge display a complete and utter lack of compassion and empathy.

My brother is in this Care home, he is younger than other residents there and also is cognitively relatively normal. He has been in this residence for over 3 months now. The level of care is wonderful and the food is, bar none, the best! He raves about it all of the time. The activities are good as well. He takes part in Trivia, music and exercise programs etc. It's a rough time during Covid, for everyone. I believe they do their best to have happy content residents.

Our Mom has been a resident since the new building opened. We have been very happy with her care from the first day. She has a clean and bright private room with a view of the garden, and has personal items and photos there. The staff members are respectful, responsible and caring, and as a family we have always been welcomed (aside from COVID restrictions this year, of course). I see Mom weekly by Skype, and my brother is allowed in under COVID guidelines. Moving a loved one to a care facility is difficult and emotional, and knowing Mom is safe and cared for has been a comfort.

The staff are always friendly. This place is clean and they try to make it a joyful environment with nice decorations and activities for the seniors.
