Slowest service, I think I’ve ever had

Booked a truck rental for work a week prior to when needed then when I needed it on the Monday was supposed to have the truck they screwed me over had to go with another company good thing I found a truck somewhere else don't go here.

Terrible customer service. Had appointment for 7am to replace a sensor. Never brought unit in till 2:30pm waited till 7 pm to get truck back. No place to wait, put me outside in -20C . I'm from out of town don't recommend this place if you need emergency repairs still shivering

Stocked with every part , piece or component needed today for ANY truck. Clean. Friendly staff.

Nice people but ...BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE , Waiting for weeks for repairs, and many times the issue isn't resolved and you have to bring back your vehicle again only to wait for weeks all over.

This place is brutal. Other than Jodie at the service counter these guys are useless. Our truck was recently in for an annual inspection and a new radiator. Not only did it take over a month to get the parts in, the coolant was well below the minimum, a rad hose was not tightened properly resulting in a leak, our air horn which was mentioned to them still did not work, the front fog light was still burnt out, all of our belongings including stuff in the headliner had been gone through, our dash camera was ripped off the window and left on the dash, and our ELD system that I recently installed was disconnected from the fuse box causing issues with the system. I've dealt with this place during my employment with several different companies and have always been less than impressed with the service provided by this location.

They do what they can to get the work you need done. The technician came out and gave me a hand with some technical issues and we were off.
