They came to look at my propertyCalled/emailed 5 times and no response. Really needed some helpBusiness must be good if you don’t need to respond to new customers.0-5 stars

This outfit on the surface seems professional however recently I would say the quality of help they hire leaves much to be desired. Their idea of cleaning the sludge from the walkways is to use a leaf blower and most of what they clean off the side walks is deposited on the cars in the parking lot including the slush and all the salt they have put down. If that isn't enough when they snow blow the side walks the person operating the snow blower hasn't got enough sense to turn the end thing so that all the crud from the side walk is not blown on the cars.Why would they assume it would be okay to cause damage to the customers vehicles. This is a senior's apartment building the people who live here certainly can't afford to repair damage done by those who have no regard for the property of others.

These guys are great. They come around like clockwork weekly and do a great job. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have new equipment so there are no delays due to equipment issues. I highly recommend them.

We contacted this company in early April. We left phone messages and email to get a quote but nobody called us back. This should have been my first warning.Somebody did provide a quote finally and we agreed to proceed.After the first invoice and cutting, I noticed that some of our solar lights had been damaged by weed trimming. I wrote to the owner but was ignored. We received our second invoice and questioned if they had actually done any work.My wife reached out by phone multiple times to ask about the work. A toddler picked up the phone each time to answer the business number. My wife hung up the phone and did not talk to the toddler. She questioned if she had the correct phone numberThe phone calls were just the start of our issues. Candace, the owner called back to tell her how unprofessional she was; this coming from a business that uses a toddler as an answering service.After calling my wife back multiple times to continuously harass her, my wife had enough and asked her to stop calling.She started to call me to harass me.We had had enough of this abuse so we contacted head office and were promised a refund. None ever came.We paid $240 for one lawn cut and had damaged solar lights. We are still being invoiced.We have since hired someone else and they are reliable.
