I will highly recommend Maple Leaf to anyone needing repairs done! From the moment I walked in the door everyone was very friendly & understanding. I had never needed this service so I had no idea what to do or expect and it was all taken care of for me. Thank you especially Mary for being so kind & understanding & helping me through this trying time!!

I;ve known a few people that had work done here , they are butchers .I went to this place a month ago for a estimate , I was not impressed. I had my rear bumper damaged in the right corner, the estimater came out and said the whole right side had to to be repaired and painted. I told him what are you talking about? It was just the bumper , he said the right side is dented, I said;it's the same shape as the other side.I'm thinking I'm going to let this place work on this car , no way !Especially seeing that guys mazda they painted that bumper colour does not match to the rest of the car, they must be colour blind! This what happens when insurance companies recommend these places they fix it the cheapest possible way!I'm thinking this a professional body shop!Plus I see other people's posts that they want to correct people's issues with the work done earlier. IT SHOULD OF BEEN DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!!Another response from owner we don't see any paper work they took my name and number and insurance and pics of the car for estimate and they are saying no record of it.Premier collision does a professional job!

I got a large scratched area on my 2022 highlander, they removed the scratches and restored the paint, free of charge.They are doing the best to help people, excellent service, highly recommended! I will only go to this shop for future body work.

I had a great experience with CSN Maple Leaf Collision. Excellent customer service. I dealt with Mary most of the time and she was always very pleasant and helpful. And while I hope I don't need to get autobody /collision repairs again, I would certainly return here!

Worst experience. Shotty workmanship. Error lights on dash when I picked up the vehicle post repair. Multiple returns to the shop to correct issues from poor workmanship. 3 weeks after repair painted section is already bubbling. Today, my door handle fell off the car. The same door they repaired. Upon inspection I found they used incorrect bolt and improper torque. When I picked my car up they had gotten overspray all over the weather seals. They refused to repair my back up camera which worked fine before the accident. Their excuse was that they scanned the vehicle and it showed error codes for the camera when the vehicle first arrived. Of course it will have an error code as the issue happened during the collision! Also my courtesy lights don’t come on now. alignment in the rear was off by more than 20 degrees. This was determined by a 3rd party mechanic. So they didn’t even realign my car after the repair. They didn’t realign my tailgate which now opens off kilter. The rear wiper was reinstalled incorrectly and has fallen off since. If you care in the slightest bit about your vehicle I would avoid this place at all costs.

They do a good job, but the bill is much bigger as it should be and would be rude as well and will ask their receptionist to confront us as their backup for nice talking person there. 2 stars because initially they promised me as tp get the business of course that they will repair the scratch and things as well to get the business but finally after 2-3 months everything was done but scratch on side was not even touched, and they told me to do it by myself as its easy with the marker which was initially purchased 2-3 months back for the shop use. I tried and failed.

My new Ev had been rear ended during a snow storm. CSN did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. You would never know it had ever been in an accident. I would highly recommend them based on their service and their friendly staff.

Took my Mazada there after a small accident. I had quit a few issues.When they returned my car to me there were some new dents in the hood that weren't there before. Secondly they aligned my steering without setting the steering wheel back to straight inside the car. These items were fixed by the shop after I complained.Lastly and most significantly... they attached a new bumper and failed to paint it or paint it correctly. I complained and they stated that piant does look the same on plastic as it does on metal". Seems like a bad excuse. Mazda was able to make it match when they made the car.Now everyone asks me what happened to my car months after my repair. Totally unsatisfied. I would never go there again for anything given my experience.Otherwise... Maria the receptionist was outstandingly helpful."

The owner (I believe he is an owner) was very understanding and easy to talk to. He and Mary both worked hard to find a rental for me when all the rental places were out of cars. He even took me to the rental car on the worst snow day of the year! Mary is amazing! She was so patient when I kept calling in. She kept me updated when there was a response from the parts guy. She even made note of what the insurance company had said regarding the damage! Hopefully I won't need to use an autobody shop again but if I ever had to I'd for sure go here first.

My car was destroyed by a paint like corrosive substance on the hood, windshield etc. I went to Dominion first to get a quote as it was close to my house and I was familiar with the name. However, when I processed the claim through insurance, they recommended Maple Leaf (partner referral?) and said I had to go there to get the appraisal done. Prior to visiting Maple Leaf for the appraisal, I already decided to go with Dominion. Maple Leaf knew this by the paperwork when I came in for the appraisal, but instead of just appraising it and sending me on my way, they recognized my windshield was covered in that substance and they brought my car in the back and had the techs/mechanics clear it off for me, so at the very least, I could see clearly until the service was completed. This small, unnecessary gesture (amongst the kindness and custom service of the EVERY person I dealt with at Maple Leaf), made me contact my insurance agent on the way home and give Maple Leaf the business. The repair job has since been complete and it was A1 service. If anyone ever asks, I will be recommending Maple Leaf - keep up the great work!
