I can always count on receiving exceptional service at R3 from the moment I walk into the clinic to after my treatment is finished. The therapists are highly skilled and the entire team is very kind and professional. My experience is always comfortable, which is what I look for in a physio and wellness clinic. The Burlington location is my absolute favourite! I am so grateful I found this clinic and will continue to recommend it to my peers. Thank you for helping me feel my very best and reach my goals!

Amazing staff! I used to go to there Mississauga location but I moved to Hamilton. I didn't even both finding another physio clinic I just patiently waited for R3 to open up in Burlington. Instant relief every single time I go. I 1000% recommend them!

I went into this new clinic with a shoulder injury. Not knowing the extent of the injury, Gary, a physio assistant who has been working with me, recommended a sports doctor where I could get in relatively quickly to have an ultrasound done. It turns out there are two tears in my rotator cuff. Knowing my injury now, the physiotherapist and Gary devised a plan moving forward for pain management of my injury. I hurt my shoulder in June of 2022 and up until I started going for treatment at R3 Physio I didn't have a good night sleep. For months I was in pain every night and day. It was awful. My shoulder now is relatively pain free when I sleep thanks to these guys and very tolerable during the day. It's like night and day. Thanks so much to Gary and the staff at R3 and I know I will be in great hands once I get my surgery.

R3 Physiotherapy is an amazing clinic with a wonderful atmosphere. I've had the pleasure of working with Dmitri and Gary for many months. These two are PTAs with extensive knowledge. They are great conversationalists that create such a safe and friendly atmosphere. They leave all patients in great care.

I'm a reoccurring customer with R3. I've been going there for my running related problems.Denis and his staff empathized and worked with me to find a solution for my left knee pain.Not only that, they went above and beyond to ensure preventative maintenance, and answered all my questions with kindness and compassion.It feels good, to be in good hands.

I have been working with Dimitri and Dennis back before they opened this location. I like this so much more, it allows for more personal rehab, can’t never decide between which to get my rehab from they always do a great job! 10/10 would recommend they’re great with massage and exercises they really know how to push you to exercise and get your best self

Went in a little while ago for some work on my neck. I have a sedentary work lifestyle, so my neck, shoulders and back become incredibly stiff and hard. Gary was friendly, professional and very helpful with the advice he gave me in regards to working in a more healthy and functional way going forward. After the massage/work done, it was like night and day. Mobility returned to my neck like it hadn't in months, and the chronic headaches went away as well. He was communicative throughout the process as well to make sure that the pressure wasn't too strong or too weak. Days later, with the advice and work that was done I can definitely notice a difference. I'll be returning for sure as this work has become pretty much mandatory for me in order to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Absolutely recommend!
