I.D.A. - Rx Drug Mart Sechelt

My husband broke his leg in a workplace accident, after surgery in Vancouver we made it back to the coast with his prescriptions in hand, only to find because of a late ferry we'd miss the pharmacy- it was closing. The pharmacist was amazing talked to us several times enroute to make sure he had what we needed and also offered to stay late until we got there, then offered his help to me to pick out additional aids. THANKS! You made it bearable:)

Worst pharmacist I ever dealt with. When I first went there they gave me the entirely wrong perception for at the time my 3 month old son that could have really hurt him( my dr took record of it). Today the pharmacist manager gave me someone else prescription to sign after giving me heck for signing the wrong line on a form, and because I pointed it out he asked me not to come back. Not to mention the service is always slow and like your inconveniencing them by coming there. Worst pharmacy I've ever gone to.

Rexall advertises, but often doesn't have the items advertised. Disappointing! But, yesterday, March 1, I was pleasantly surprised by their food selection and great selection of periodicals. Plus, they did have the best price on a favourite food for my cats: Tuna Fish. Thanks, Rexall.

Pharmacy department is entirely useless. I called at 8am to get my prescription filled and prescription transfered from a different pharmacy and the pharmacist entirely forgot to do the transfer and only remembered when I showed up 3 hours later to pick it up and she had not phoned the other pharmacy for the transfer yet. When I returned an hour after that to pick up she told me they didn't have my medication (even though I asked if they had it specifically when I called). Both pharmacists on shift were not wearing masks while working. Eventually they offered to fax my prescription elsewhere, and when I said I was going there immediately they said ok and then did not fax my prescription to the other pharmacy until I got there and the other pharmacy had to call them. I also want to point out there were no other customers there either time I was there. Terrible experience. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Try the Guardian or Pharmasave for much better service, much kinder staff.

I purchase pills from the other two pharmacies. But I was ill so my daughter went to your store. I knew that your store was more expense but I was in shock when my daughter came home. She gave me the receipt and you charged her double of the other stores. Needless to say I will never purchase anything from your store and in fact will not even step foot in there.

Your employee who was at the Post Office later on in the day was absolutely no help at all.1st of all in the middle of our conversation she had to run into the back room to get papers.2nd of all she said that she could not help us out due to her being busy and we had to go to the main Post Office.What the heck, what nice customer service you gave us!!I did go to a different post office on the Coast and had such amazing customer service.

Especially appreciate the friendly and efficient Pharmacy. Being a smaller ooperation with lesser supply resources than some other major chains the general aisles can be missing some items--especially now during Covid-19.But give them all top marks for being freindly, helpful and knowledgeable.

If you're from the mainland it's basically a shoppers drug mart. They carried a few drinks and snacks that I haven't seen in a long time for reasonable prices however I noticed they also have quite a few items in stock that are expired.

The staff in the pharmacy are the very best. Over the past five years we have been treated with the utmost kindness in difficult times. They have gone over and above the norm to track down medicines and keep us informed. Thanks to them all.
