Jimmy the Greek used to be really good. Now it's just slop. Not worth the price tag anymore.

I was satisfied with the amount of food. Nice taste, Fast efficient service. Need to ne little more friendly.

Been coming here for years and this place has consistently been very generous with the portions.

Will not be coming back after their price increase. Mall food should not cost nearly 20$ for a meal. Plus they don't even offer a mall employee discount although employee shop everyday here. Also appears to use the same tongs for various types of meat. Overpriced for even veggie meals. Very stingy place

I had the worst experience.. when going to pay for my meal I tapped my card and it said approved the lady working told me that it did not go through and that I had to tap again and when asking her what the Receipt said she simply said it was for another order? So I tapped again and then I went to go look at my bank statement it showed I was charged twice showed her my statement and she went to grab the manager the manager barely did anything and asked if I came twice to order the same meal I said no he basically was implying that I was lying. I never got a refund the manager simply said because on their end they didnt see two charges they couldn’t do anything and told me the second charge on my statement would automatically be refunded to me the next day and to come back if it didn’t? I later ended up calling my bank and they told me I was indeed charged twice and no “refund” would’ve automatically been placed after a day fortunately they were able to give me my money back (the bank) I’ve never felt so awful they basically made me feel like I was lying and the lady was giving me attitude the whole time I work in the mall so on my breaks I always always go there but after this event and how they made me feel I don’t think I’ll be returning

Delicious, clean and good amount for one person. Both wraps and bowls are good.

Staff are moody and not friendly at all. $11 for a VEGGIE meal (literally salad potatoes and rice). Used to offer mall staff discount of 10% (like everywhere else in the mall) but no longer offer it. They also don't take mall gift card. Cheap cheap cheap owners, you can tell by how this location is run. Try being friendly to people who are giving you their money.

Food taste was ok but hygiene and service was horrible. I have got two chicken gyros with potatoes salad and rice. In my salad I found a hair and returned, the staff did not even apologize for this. 5 min later my wife found an eyebrow on her potatoes, so I went to show them and again not even an apology and was told that it was us who placed these in our food!!!!!Never again will eat at a Jimmy the Greek!!

Ivy is the best she made sure very meal looks and taste perfect and her customer service was A1! Thank you
