This was truly a fantastic experience. The staff are so well equipped to serve your needs, with an almost magical ability to size you perfectly just by looking at you. After years of fruitless thrift shopping I have finally found the perfect pair at Superior Pants. I was pleasantly astonished to have my pants tailored immediately. I am so deeply pleased with this store and will certainly be returning. It was lovely to meet Samuel himself too! Thank you to the exceptional staff.

Didn’t expect to shop in Montreal but saw a pair of jeans through the window that caught my eyes, and ended up leaving with two pairs! I love the people and the story of the place. They knew what size would fit you best immediately. Also the hemming was done in record time. It’s a gem of a place.

Best shop for jeans that I've been to! 100 year old family business. Service is great and the staff is super friendly. I purchased two pair of jeans and got both of them fitted and hemmed in no time.

My last trip to this place was simply horrible. Here is the full story.I used to go to this place once a while to buy a couple jeans over several years. There used to be elderly folks, very friendly.A couple months ago during a weekend I went there with a friend, this time there was two mode middle aged guys. I asked (in English ) for help showing the jeans on me which I had bought from there previously. I simply asked something similar, fit and grayish-black color jeans. They showed me some jeans but they were pitch black, I was looking for something similar on me. When I shared that with them, the guy in front of the store smirked and said black is black".Anyway

Don’t go there if you care about your clothing. I had a rare vintage pants to get hemmed and tried this place for the first time. I asked a specific length (floor length), even made sure to ask twice that the hem would be touching the floor. The guy looked bothered by my questions so I figured he knew what he was doing. It was cheap (5$) and fast (5 min) but you literally get what you pay for. I got home and tried them on only to see that the hem was almost 2 inches above the floor. Very frustrating, botched work. I thought of going back to get them fixed but I was too scared they wrecked them even more. Also, the carpet in the changing room must be as old as the store, putting my bare feet on this was not very pleasant. Won’t come back.
