Very unprofessional place!Every time I went for my laser hair appointment, they were always late. When they arrived they always give me excuses such as “my car broke down” or “I was stuck in traffic”…ALSO I did not get any good result from the laser. I did over 8 sessions and ended up spending over $1500, and still no result.I usually don’t like to leave any bad reviews anywhere, but honestly this place deserves it. The ladies are kind but they really need to work on professionalism and getting organized as an organization.

I first came to do an eyelash lift .. but the first person (Mahvish) I went to did not do the job.. my eyelids were burning and she claimed she used aloe Vera and said I might be allergic to it but no that’s not true she clearly used something that had alcohol in it. My left eyelid area was burned. I have never experienced something like this with other eyelash lifts I have done before. The appointment was supposed to be 45 minutes but took over 1 hour and 20 minutes. I’m not sure how she was able to even work here. It seems like she likes to call clients and change appointments with other medical aestheticians to gain more clients. The manager was nice enough to give me another appointment for free with Shazia who did a wonderful job! She was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. I left with a great lash lift and would definitely go to her for other services.

Visited Oceana Medi Spa / Durham Manor this weekend for the first time.I had several issues with my massage:- The masseuse wore gloves the entire time during the massage. I have never had a massage when someone was wearing gloves and it felt very weird.- My massage appointment was for 10am. The masseuse (Hyacinth) showed up 15-20 mins late and told me that she was at another store at 10am for a personal matter. This caused a snowball effect and I was late to my other appointments that day- I was told to lay down on the massage table under the sheet while waiting for the masseuse to show up. When the masseuse showed up, she took the top sheet off to make adjustments to it as the other person did not set it properly, leaving me exposed and uncomfortable.- The masseuse was wearing rings which caught my skin on occasion (even under the gloves)I will not be returning here as I am looking for a more professional massage.

I booked an appointment online for a couples massage for my boyfriend and I for his birthday as a gift. We both drove 30 minutes and the spa was closed. They claim to be closed on Sundays however i was able to book an appointment. I even emailed back and forth with someone who works there regarding the appointment. The website should not have let me book or the spa should have called me to let me know they are closed. I am very disappointed and was embarrassed as this was a gift.

I went with some friends, and they had a beautiful massage room where I had a lovely massage. It’s a great space to have all your aesthetic needs in one. The staff was very kind and professional. I later on learned that they also have services for art therapy and that spoke to me being as artist myself! Great a beautiful place !

Bought gift certificates for Mother’s Day and made an appointment in advance and when we arrived it was just so unorganized and not relaxing, nothing ready upon our arrival despite booking weeks in advance and calling to confirm twice prior. We had to wait while they got everything ready in addition the other staff who we were told would be arriving shortly never showed up, I spent most of my appointment waiting and then had to rush through my services. My skin felt no different coming out of my facial and my teeth looked no different and for the amount of money paid, and the service I received I will not be returning. And actually very disappointed and sad

I have been going to this spa for the last few months for body contouring.Very professional service and staff! Maria is awesome, friendly and professional! She has made me feel at ease during my treatments and is very knowledgeable in what she does. Would highly recommend Oceana Spa to others!

I have been going to the spa for facials and other services and working with Maria. She is amazing, very professional, thorough and friendly. I highly recommend going to this spa and booking with her! Ambiance is also very nice!

This place has literally the best people and also their services are very great when you go there the design of the place is gorgeous and it’s like everything in one you can get whatever you want done!
