Immediately after I post a negative review...Multiple good ones pop up about Chuck! Poor customer service, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Caught Chuck in several mistakes, which he admitted to but did nothing of real significance to fix. He then went into my account and changed my billing date without my permission. When losing my patience with him lying and covering his own tracks, he continued to interrupt. When I stated that I was likely going to leave in a few months when my policy is up, Chuck didn’t see a point in resolving the issues anymore.When raising concerns with Rose, I learned Chuck is her husband, so it’s evident resolution was not going to happen. Seems like there is a conflict of interest in this office and extremely unprofessional and dishonest.

My mom has been using Rose Monachino services for all of her insurance needs for many years, so when it came time to get my own vehicle, I called them for help. A man named Chuck got me a great deal and was super helpful and patient with all of my million and one questions! I would highly recommend him! Looking forward to working with Chuck and Rose Monachino.

I’ve been with this team for 24 years. I don’t have one bad thing to say. Rose, Chuck and Al have all been fantastic and the customer service is so good I could never leave. I’ve had other companies try to lure me away by offering me slightly lower fees hoping they can win my business but I never once considered leaving . I rather know that if something happens I’m going to be well taken care of and not get the run around. When I did have an accident they took such good care of me and my family that I’ll be a customer for life. If you want the best use Rose Monachino- Alongi!
