I felt like I was in a hood party with the employees yelling at each other and cursing. They were also not very courteous.And my burger was cold

Honestly it takes a lot for me not to like a place, especially nowadays when we are all still feeling the issues that covid brought but seriously, 6 people working there when I showed up and they were all chatting in the kitchen part while I patiently waited to be served. It took them nearly 10 mins to come to take my order at the counter and it's not like they didn't see me. Then when they did finally serve me I had to repeat the order twice. It took them another 10 mins or so to get the order together and I watched as the fry cook used his bare hands (no gloves) to grab fresh apple turnovers from the fryer and then mix them in the sugar coating, again with his bare hands, only to them wipe them on his pants to clean them off... really turned my stomach to the point I threw the turnovers out when I got home. Aside from all that, the sweet potato fries were warm but hardly cooked. I don't know how they managed that, to cook fries that are still raw while giving the illusion of being cooked. Won't be going back there for sure

Drive through took over 1/2h. 4 cars ahead of us. I arrived at 6:05 pm and got my food at the window at 6:39 pm. Way way too long!

So I hate complaining about any kind of bad service experience online, but this one was so awful I wanted to warn others. I stopped by this A&W around 10:30pm to get something to eat after driving all evening. Upon coming in, we waited about 5 minutes to take our order, with no one in front of us. I understand they are short staffed. There were two teenage girls working the cash and window who seemed tired and stressed, and two delinquents working the food in the back. They were disrespectful and clearly not caring about what they're doing - I get it but you chose to work in fast food... Anyway I place my order and wait around 20-minutes. The girl working the cash asks me to verify my order so I did. Waited another 10-minutes and she asked to verify my order a second time, so I did. I get fed up ask for a refund, but they assured me my order was almost ready. Finally I get my order after 40 minutes. Even after verifying my order twice, it was all wrong. The guys in the back didn't seem to care, and tried to pass off my order knowing they made it wrong. I felt bad for the girls who are probably just trying to pay for their college, but it's not worth the headache. At least I got my refund. Don't come here.

Good breakfast, two eggs, hash brown, sausages, toast and coffee for under $10. Restaurant food is getting to be so overpriced, which makes this a real gem. Subscribe to their weekly coupons and you get free pancakes too.

Food is really good, in my opinion they have some of the best breakfast, and their teen burger is excellent. A bit pricy, but worth it. The only little downside is the wait times. Not uncommon for me to wait 15 mins for an order of eggs and sausages. This being said the food is freshly cooked, so I guess this is why it takes more time then other fast-food chains. I recommend this place, staff is always very friendly.
