Worst service ever when I call Canada post to ask about the package today he told me I have many people in line so I can’t answer you then he closed the line. He was so mean I don’t know what his name but I don’t go to Canada post in this store again.

Why do the drivers ALWAYS leave a slip for me to pick up when im at home every day they say the tried to reach me but it is an outright lie! I have disabilities and unable to get out much. I also live in a complex that includes a shipment pick up and key drop centre why are you not using it??? Smdh

the staff who assist to me was a lazy lady ... the closing time was 9 pm and i was there around 8:30pm just to pick my parcel with my delivery noticed but she just said the parcel its not there yet ...but when i called the canada post customer service they said it was on the canada post already and ready to pick...

I’ll probably win the 70 million lotto max before I see more than one person working at any given time at any Shopper’s Drug Mart in southern Ontario. Please. PLEASE add an extra person. Especially now during a pandemic when the post offices are extra busy.

Laurie tried to charge me $21 instead of the standard light package $14 tonight.Also a month ago, 2 workers tried to charge me the same price for 1 package that weighed less than an ounce, as my previous package which weighed multiple pounds.Scammer alert!!!

Sweetest lady ever she helped me a lot today with my packages she saved me she did a lot of measurements and wrote all the adesses for me it was a pleasure as costumer I could not do the label online last night.i could not tell you how mutch she's worth .I will see you again best experience ever.
