This and other mpps in Ontario make excuses for not doing thier job and if you get upset well they are the first to call the police on youWell i find this disturbing and discustingI have many examples of the lowest standards that the goverment calls good customer servicesThe services make people depressed and desperate and the doctors of this province do very littlei have many examples of thisYou would think that your mpp that is supposed to help the people of this province but the truth is far from itIn my opinion it is all about money and if you lucky a friend in power then they take care of youIn my opinion this so mpps do little for thier money the systems have being not working for a long timeLike i said i have many examples and i think it time to find people who had problems and i also want hear from people who haventMpps and lawyers know it is nothing but a 3ring circus in Ontario to benefit only themselfsTaxes have being rasied bejond most people ability to pay and take away our saving and retirementHeck why should anyone paid taxes if we are being lied to or ignoredpoor work ethic and selfish childest thinking is to blame from our leadership is the causeStaff are not trained to handle when thier system is to blame but give excuses and or pass the buckIt my opinion the canadian people deserve betterMy e-mail is posted i would hear frompeople who have problems that didnt get resolvedThe mpp would have us believe they are wroking hard i dont agree with this at all

Like many other complaints, I also went to her Windsor office personally and report an issue about OHIP but it’s been more than a week and no response or any update despite of leaving numerous VM. M NOT VOTING for her next term!

The staff member who called me back was helpful and friendly. But I have to call back because she has not yet provided me with information I requested. That could be due to a mistake in writing down my email address.

Terrible response to local/provincial issues. She did not have the time to respond to my one question for over 5 months (and still have not heard from Mrs. Gretzky. Totally disappointed in this type of “non” representation and lack of being heard from the community. To call Lisa’s office and receive NO response simply shows who you should be supporting. It breaks my heart to say this but she dropped the ball.

I called the office and left several messages. I even emailed the office 3 times with no response at all. I feel insulted when there are no follow ups! Communication is essential and should be a priority!

I sent an email to this office a week ago seeking info on seniors home improvement grants. NO RESPONSE. I left a voice mail today, 2/28/2022 at 12:15 PM. I will let you know when they respond. I have contacted this office some time ago and got no response from that call.Hire more people to help out with the abundance of call they say they get.Response time is horrible.

Thy are so good and helpfulBut so people talk with no Respect they don’t respond Yesterday I called them them today first morning they return my car they try the best to help me

No one answering phones…1 email not returned, and another one took about 13 days for a generic response.

No response to emails. On two different occasions. Not even a message saying we have received your email and we will be in touch! I see a pattern in other reviews.

In 2020 I have either either needed an answer or had a question. I left a message as most people are working from home this year and I received a swift response. Her staff are doing a great job and I believe she is doing the best she can to represent her constituents. There is a lot on the table this year.
