I stopped in to pick up flowers at the last minute for a relative I was visiting in Ottawa. The florist was very kind and helpful in making sure I had a beautiful arrangement within my budget. Even better, the person receiving them was absolutely delighted with the flowers!

I ordered a bouquet from out of town over the phone, and the owner was so helpful and helped me decide on the right arrangement. She worked with me to get the flowers delivered to the hotel the same day. The arrangement was beautiful, which made my husband feel special as he was on travel on his birthday.
